When I was served for an increase of child support, I was concerned that all of the lawyers would not be on my side due to me being a male. My wife had filed for divorce, so I went to a big downtown law firm and they pointed me to their divorce lawyer. It was not a match made in heaven. I didn't feel like he was believing what I told him, even though all the facts that I supplied had been proven correct. It was time to get a new lawyer and this time I was going to do the research.
