THIS REVIEW IS FOR THIS FACILITY AS A BOOKED VENUE First off…read more-- this is not about the golf course, but a review of this facility for hosting a wedding. Folks - if you are looking for a venue -- look no further. These folks do a great job for venue catering. They have a wonderful room in the back that overlooks the 18th hole - and holds about 80-100 people quite easily. They had the ceremony on a section of the property away from the main clubhouse (it was private and very pretty). I must say it was a bit difficult to hear since there is a lot of road noise due to lots more construction along Sunningdale, but still very nice. The clubhouse? Wonderful room we had the cocktail reception in! Huge fireplace with nice comfortable wing back chairs and comfy sofas with still lots of room to mingle. The staff came around with all kinds of appetizers (lamb chops, oyster, shrimp skewers, and mini beef wellington. They were all wonderful and went down wonderfully with champagne! The meal included a wonderful salad with citrus segments, and then a choice of chicken stuffed with veg and goat cheese or a filet mignon in a wonderful sauce. The dessert plate had a mini-trio of creme brulee, brownie and strawberry cheesecake on it. The staff checked in on us regularly and did fireworks for the bride and groom later in the night. What a great evening! So - if you want a memorable wedding day -- look no further than Sunningdale Golf and Country club!

I bought my mid-high end bike here in 2012. Last week I broke a small part (it happens), and as a…read moreresult, I smashed up a bunch of the back end pretty badly. Rather than try to fix it myself, I brought it in for repairs. The repair guy in the back was very helpful about explaining what needed to be fixed and why. For each damaged part, he gave me the option of replacing it entirely with the same part, replacing it with a more affordable option (and explained the performance difference), or of leaving the old part there (and explained what weakness it may cause if I did). He didn't pressure me to replace any unnecessary parts (I already had an idea of what I'd damaged), and he didn't try to upsell me to more expensive parts. He also offered me an affordable option for labour (just the cost to swap the parts), or the option to pay a little more and get a tune-up and cleaning on the entire bike at the same time, with the installs included. I opted for the whole package, and he asked me follow-up questions about anywhere else I was noticing issues on the bike so they could get everything in one go. They gave me a estimate for all the parts and service and told me they'd call if it was going to be any more expensive. I checked the price of parts against online options and other stores, and found everything to be within a couple dollars of what I'd pay elsewhere. Overall, good service, no sales pressure, and would recommend.

Stop in to see for yourself! Ryan was amazingly patient and spent a lot of time with us to help us be comfortable with the new bikes we were looking for. Our commutes in London will be more comfortable and enjoyable thanks to his insight, suggestions and assistance. The mechanics, although busy with spring tuneups, etc. took the time to help us out and no one seemed inpatient with our continuous questions and "what ifs"! Options at all ends of the spectrum were offered with knowledgeable considerations explained for each. Thank you, great customer service. We are happy to have found "our bike shop".
