I first engaged David Brown Immigration Law in September 2020, whereby they informed me of the poor manner in which my case had been handled to date, that they were well versed in handling such cases and provided a 3-5 month timeframe in which my visa would be approved. After providing all required documentation, David Brown informed me that my application had been submitted and that they would keep me closely posted on developments. In August 2021 after following up with David Brown numerous times, I received a response stating that they had not received any updates and would be dropping my case as they typically do not work with such cases. After requesting a valid reason for dropping my case after they had assured me they are well versed in such cases, and evidence that my case had been filed to be provided to me, David Brown and his team refused to return any of my phone calls, emails or provide me with evidence of my application. They have however taken thousands of dollars of application fees and almost 12 months of my time, which I will never be able to claim back. The poor and unacceptable manner in which David Brown and his firm have handled my case has demonstrated a severe ethical issue. They have shown a complete lack of regard for the lives and livelihoods of their clients who have entrusted them and the firm to act on their behalf in good faith. I am writing this review as I do not wish for anyone else to go through the heartache of dealing with an unethical immigration firm. I implore anyone reading this review - PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE DAVID BROWN IMMIGRATION LAW. As mentioned, I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Department of Justice as the manner of which my case has been handled demonstrates a significant moral and ethical breach.

David Brown and his firm helped with processing my visa, GC and I've know him for close to 10 years…read morenow. They are very professional and thorough with knowledge associated with the complex filing processes. Going through the process of companies is stressful in itself, trying to move while on Visa can add to the pressure but David and his team made sure that we didn't have to worry about it. David has amazing insights and is very accessible, succinct with his read of the situation. He follows through, with the company, his own team and kept us informed on the process at every stage. Even to this day, I don;'t make any major decision on immigration aspects without his inputs - even though my current company is not engaging his firm's services.
