The dentist, Dr. Chan, is caring and professional. I never once got scared or pushed into unnecessary treatments. The staff are kind and caring. My wife and I always felt comfortable coming here for our family needs. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking for a good dentist.

It's somewhat embarrassing, but ever since I had a couple of very bad experiences with dentists and dental work, I've been afraid of going to the dentist. So, I was so happy the first time I went to see Dr. Chan because of a cavity but he was so gentle with the freezing injection, that I didn't even feel it. That was a first for me. Since then, he always has the best way of relating to his patients with respect, kindness, understanding and positivity. He knows I have a difficult time with dental work and through every procedure, he lets me know what he is going to do. Sort of like a play-by-play through the whole procedure. So, when all is said and done with any procedure I've had with him, I come away feeling very grateful and appreciative of Dr. Chan's lovely approach to dentistry and his patients because he has always put me at ease and more relaxed than I've ever been when having dental work done.

My wife is going through replacing 3 molars and building up her jaw bone mass. She's all thumbs up. I have a cracked wisdom tooth. Not painful . . . . yet! So after humming and hah-ing I'm going to make the wise move to call Tara's team.

I get that she's just doing her job, but some people have different circumstances. The first time she said it, ok, but after the third time, it was EXTREMELY annoyingly. She showed no empathy/compassion and probably just thought I was making excuses. Needless to say, I was not impressed with her attitude and lack of respect. My previous dentist was knowledgeable and encouraged me to keep my teeth healthy, but had a way of being really nice about it and never made me feel terrible. Even when I showed hesitation in getting my wisdom tooth extracted (I was clearly nervous) and asked her what my options were, she very plainly said, "you can do nothing or get it removed!". Like I know that Sherlock; I was looking for more information and reasoning. One of the worst dentists I've encountered and lacks experience in patient care and bedside manner. Do not recommend - seek an alternative dentist. I will say though that the receptionists were very kind, courteous and attentive. They answered my questions politely and respectfully.

I've always been terrified of needles, but she was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring the entire time. She explained everything step by step and somehow made the freezing process so smooth that I barely felt anything. The clinic itself is very nice, with pleasant staff, and Dr. Shirbani was helpful and gracious, providing a referral to a specialist if needed. However, my experience was marred by a subsequent interaction with a receptionist on Saturday, July 12th, at 9:05 am, who was difficult, unfriendly, unempathetic, and rude. I had concerns regarding my wisdom tooth and was seeking a brief consultation with the doctor, but the receptionist was unaccommodating, suggesting I book an appointment instead. Upon calling back to ask a question, I was informed that the doctor recommended I visit a specialist, which was not relevant to my concern about my wisdom tooth. I was extremely disappointed by the receptionist's behavior, which was a stark contrast to the helpful and compassionate service I received the previous day. As a paying patient, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar, and I would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone in Canada. I have traveled extensively and lived in various places, and this was the most disappointing experience I've had. I called back to address the unprofessional behavior, but my call was not returned. I hope the clinic will take steps to address the discriminatory behavior and provide better service to their patients
