Manny (our sales person) was incredible with his energy and his no pressure willingness to help with any questions we asked of him. Pete the sales Manager was easy to negotiate with and clearly supports a great team, and Justin in the finance department made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable. From the very start Manny made every effort to connect with us including a personalized video showing us the truck to prove it was truly available and as good as the pictures showed. He even had it freshly washed and ready for us to test drive, and went so far as to park a brand new vehicle along side so we could do a true comparison. He went above and beyond, staying as late or as long as needed to ensure we were satisfied, and was not joking when he said the polish and touch ups would make the vehicle look like brand new when we picked it up. Almost everyone here has a poor attitude, especially the salesperson, I forgot his name. the guy with thick eyebrows and a big forehead who wore his hair with a slicked back style. I just bought a 2022 Jeep Compass Elite from this dealership. This had to be one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Very friendly staff, very helpful and they go above and beyond. The staff I dealt with are: Brayden and Carter (Sales Reps), Chris (Finance), Justin and Alex (Sales Manager's). They all get 5 Stars. The sales staff I dealt with were really nice young guys. Even after the sale was done and I was picking up my new compass the salesman Carter (he was helping Brayden) didn't rush through the delivery, he took is time and showed me everything about my new compass. It was really nice seeing this dealership giving young people a chance. It would be extremely hard to beat the customer service at this dealership. If the customer service in the Service Department is the same, then this is where I will get all service done on my new compass. I just came from Londonderry Dodge and the window in my truck no longer works. I didn't even make it home, I turned right around and brought it back, I wasn't even gone for 10 minutes. They had my vehicle for 2.5 days to replace a U-joint and when I got it back, it was in worse condition than I brought it. I pointed out how the window didn't work and he said, in a very condescending voice, "We have to understand that, sometimes, motors just stop working." And I said, "someone here used the window and it doesn't work anymore." He said, "Sometimes, in the course of repairing a vehicle, they have to open a window." I don't know what a U-joint has to do with the window but I wanted my window fixed. I didn't break my window. My window was working when I brought it to them. It was obvious that he was going to do nothing so I asked for whomever was in charge and asked him to come and look at it. The new guy said "how do you draw a line between the U-joint and the window?" I said "that's not a fair question. I'm a nurse, I don't even know where a U-joint is on a vehicle. That's like coming into the hospital and asking you to start your own IV and get your own medication from pharmacy." He then goes into a story about when his mother is in the hospital, complaining about the care they received. I stopped him because his mother's hospital story has nothing to do with my vehicle which is not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. So I stopped him and said, "So, you're not going to do anything about my window?" He said, "I didn't say that." I said, "then what are you going to do about my window?" He didn't answer, he said "You didn't answer the question I asked." I assume the unfair question about the U-joint. I said, "I'm not answering any questions, I didn't break my own truck. Someone here did. So what are you going to do about my window." He didn't answer, he said "This is an old truck..." I said "and what are you going to do about my window." I was getting pretty heated at this point. They were offering me nothing to fix my truck which was broken by one of their staff. They could have offered me almost anything. Maybe they could have said they'd do the labor if I paid for the part, something. But they offered me nothing. I asked them three times, what they were going to do about the window and both men who were there said nothing. Then, the second guy started pointing at the rust on my vehicle and shouting "are we responsible for this? Are we responsible for this." I tried to say that I wasn't complaining about the rust and he started shouting "Get the f*ck out. Get the f*ck out." I couldn't believe it. They had my car for over 2 days, broke it and started using swear words at me. Up until this point, I had been frustrated with them but I hadn't used any swear words or called anyone any names. And I was calm when I went in there. I got a little louder after I realized they were denying culpability but I never said anything other than asking about my window. I'm a nurse and it's been a couple of hard years and it may not be the nicest vehicle but I rely on it to get me around to my patients. Revised for the dealers response. Lose my number and don't call me anymore. Before the first snow fall of year I booked, my appointment 4 days in advance. (Lie#1 computer down can't do report, since you never pulled my truck in shop till next day, cause to busy changing winter tires make up convenient lie to postpone. I could have forgiven that one.) (Lie#2 it has a pulse in brakes want to turn rotors, odd since no one turns rotors, cause car companies try to cut weight and make them so thin now. I've not seen rotor lathe in a shop in years, funny it pulled a trailer across Canada think I'd notice a pulse while driving for 3 days strait) When questioned on what was the work to be done and what rotor has pulse and thickness? (Lie#3 changed the story of brakes have pitted rotors right in front of me, how did they go from pulse to pitted in your story, especially since it just travelled 3600km to get here.) You could have just measured the brakes pass or fail. But you know they pass in measurement cause you had to do that during inspection. And failed to put the thickness in report. You think people don't know how to do this work on cars? I know more than you think. Been working on cars and in shops before that service girl was born. As a professional truck driver you think I did not look at my brakes, or condition of jeep, last week before I set out to cross Canada ? The only thing you got right on report is front windows tinted, I forgot to peel tint off. The tires well, said to say there is plenty of tread, and would have bought 4 new snows studded that day from you $1300 plus tax and installation, your loss cause I wanted winter tires too. I had a diagnostic test done on my car for an engine light on. They charged me $207 was informed by the mechanics saI'd itwas the SDU modulator so had that replaced $400 later After 2 months the light came back I had given a detailed description of the symptoms Then charged me another $207 for a diagnosis Asked about this charge and said well it want related BFS Told me it was the sparkplugs and the coil but wasn't sure how many plugs were needed so didn't even take a look after hours waiting 3 hours They quoted me over $2000 for everything this is insane. As well half the items listed were not needed and tried to price gauge me. As well wanted to charge me $900 for a new high low beam said the bolt was missing and had to remove the fender This was far from the truth The mechanics also missed very crucial components like leaking spark plugs and no gasket valve seals wrong bolt on the turbo boost sensor that's what cause the engine light for one thing Wonder what they would say about that now after the fact. I then found a independent mechanic and he says they basically line their pockets with the customers money These customers go away crying and in despair to find out that the repairs are unnecessary They outright lie. Honestly how are they even legal or exist anymore is beyond me. So I got duped to say the least Especially when I was told this would fix the engine light problem. If the mechanics did a thorough job with the diagnosis the first time around this would have been detected. I've heard of horror stories like this before but had not experienced this first hand until now. WORST DEALERSHIP .... .DO NOT BUY FROM LONDONDERRY .....I traded in my 22 ram for a new 24 longhorn. My 22 I had a couple minor accidents with it and had some issues with the repairs from Car star. So I thought just get a new one ... go pick up my new 100g truck Walked around. Talking to the sales guy Rheet Looked fine. I go get my windows tinted come home. And I noticed a defect in the paint workman ship on the tail gate ... I call the sales manager Justin to let him know 2 hours later to which he was useless and no help ... I wait a few days to hear from Ray the general sales manager. Bring my truck in to show him " oh yea he says they can fix the bottom the whole tail gate won't have to me paint ". Lie. I knew they had to paint the whole gate to blend in the paint. This is not what I wanted to deal with since I just traded in my old ram for a new one. Not to have any issues .. Ray then stalls and makes me wait weeks for an answer... the gate had get painted and when I picked up my truck they put the wrong wrong tonneau cover on ... the put a cheap one on and Moe the sales manager lies to me telling me that's all they could get in stock. Yet I just went to parts and they could have a mopar one the next day. Why lie and get me the cheap generic one ?????and to top it off. The defect in the tail gate was right at eye view when the license plate gets put on. The sales guy Rheet should of seen it. And the detailer should of noticed it .. but hide it and let me drive off the lot. The dealership just wants your money and pass off any issues to service ... Very disappointing customers services. Very unprofessional, made false promise, Lied to their customer , charge overprice for labour and parts. If you are from a rural place, avoid this dealership like the plague. They will not offer you support once you are back home. I had to shop online from rural area, sale rep attitude changed when the deal was done. I requested the larger fuel tank, and when I confirmed by phone with the rep Brayden if the additional 4.5 g mean the big fuel thank he said yes. I ended up getting the smaller tank. I didn't realized when I got the truck for all theses issues.... They knew I was flying to edmonton, when I showed up, the light bar I was promised didn't arrived on time. despite the fact that it was negotiated to be installed on the truck they were going to charge me for the labour. I was also promise a cap LEER for the truck. they told me 1 day before the purchase that it would be 3-5 weeks to get it to the dealership knowing I flew to them and live in the Yukon. They offer the ship it to me at my own expenses. I then decided to purchase a soft cover for the 24 hours drive back. That was a same day purchased... after all that they charge me for labour and didn't even installed it properly and forgot the 2 caps on the side rail. to address the issue of the fuel tank. sale rep Rick didn't offer any compensation, I had to deal with the GM Mitch who offer some sort of fake deal which I would need to drive back to Edmonton. All I asked is a minor monetary compensation to get these previous issues dealt with where I live. read more

My husband and I factory ordered a 2020 2 door Jeep Wrangler in December. Our sales person Hamzah was pretty absent and unavailable during the wait time. Most of my questions about tires and accessories fell on his deaf ears. The final days before we received the Jeep, my frustration boiled over and the sales manager Denver took over. He was informative and knew what we needed almost before we knew we needed it. He corrected wrong information that the other sales manager Duncan had given us about factory remote starts on a standard transmission & assigned us a skilled salesman named Chance to give us a proper walk through during our delivery process. We have had the Jeep for almost 2 full months and I wish someone had mentioned running boards for getting in and out of the two door. First it cuts down on the mess inside as it gives the passenger a place to stand when getting in and out of the back seat. Also would help with the horrible spray that comes off the front tires, up the door and window. We ordered the sunrider soft top and it doesn't not have a back window wiper. Between the spray off the tires and up the back window, I'm washing it every other day, just so I can see when I drive. Because of Edmonton's wonderful winter I've spent $78 in February alone, washing it. It's a bit of a gas pig as well but that might be because of all the revving I do with the manual transmission. Other than that issue, I'm completely satisfied with my experience and my purchase. I would recommend Londondary Dodge to anyone looking for a Jeep. read more

Londonderry Dodge has become the spot for our family to purchase new and used vehicles. We have all had great experiences here, and feel that they deserve more credit than they are being given. When I first visited Londonderry while looking for a new (used) vehicle for myself, the sales person we were working with made me feel like he genuinely cared about finding me the perfect car. He listened to what I was looking for and took my budget into consideration to help me find some choices to pick from. The first car he showed me, a Chrysler 200, I wasn't sold on. It just didn't feel right. He then showed me a Dodge Dart, which I felt was nice but didn't think was the car for me. I was convinced I wanted the Fiat 500 that had I had seen on their website, so I took it for a drive. I believed that was the one for me, so we did up the paperwork and put a hold on it. The next day, I returned determined that I wanted that car still. We looked at the Dart again, but I still wasn't sure. The guys here were understanding when I requested my deposit back and told them I was going to look somewhere else. I spent all day car shopping for a Fiat, but couldn't find what I was looking for. Something in me was pulling me back to Londonderry. So, I returned again, this time determined that I was going to buy the Dodge Dart. They were nice enough to let me take it home for the weekend to test drive it and decide if it was really the one I wanted this time. Well, guess what? This morning, I went and bought that Dart! The original sales guy who showed it to me definitely knew what he was doing when he showed me that car! I was pleased with the outcome of my vehicle issue. I took my vehicle into the dealership to get it fixed because my rad fan would continue to run after I turned the engine off. The dealership updated the pcm system, thinking that would solve the problem. The issue came back the next day, So I called them and let them know. They honoured it by having me being the vehicle back to allow them to look at it at no cost to me. They fixed the problem by putting a new relay, and didn't charge me a thing! It was a display of trust and integrity, which impressed me enough to write a good review on them. Also their shuttle service people are really nice people and it's a pleasure to ride with them. I've tried a couple of times now over the years to get the car I've been wanting since they first came back: the legendary Dodge Charger R/T. Every time I've tried trading in my current vehicle for one, they tell me a bunch of technical financial Mumbo jumbo about why the banks won't let me take out a loan on the trade for one. The first time, I ended up with a brand new Dodge Journey that I used to get my credit rating back to normal which wasn't too bad but still not the car I wanted. Just over the last week, I tried again to get a Charger R/T and the same thing happened and they tried to stick me with a truck instead. No, I DO NOT want a truck no matter how nice it is, a Charger is what I want. Why is it so damn hard to get one? Makes no sense, almost felt like a bait and switch so they could get their old stock moving. Also didn't like the fact they were pushing me kinda hard to take the deal for the truck too despite having said I can't afford the extra $250 a month payment compared to what I'm paying now. The Charger they baited me with was about the limit. It's seriously left a bad taste for trying to get the car I've been wanting all along. As for service, beware, I was told the Struts on my current wimpy V6 Charger were pretty much shot already and needed to be replaced and would cost around $900. I thought that was BS, no changes at all in handling or driving. When I got winter tires put on, they did a full inspection and the struts passed the inspection. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler form This Dealership. It looked like a nice Jeep, but it had sheering column issues right away and needed to be brought back for the repair. When it was at the dealership getting the repairs, they decided that then would be a great time to do a full mechanical inspection. So the repairs took a few days and I was given a dented up, smelly used vehicle that was brought in in trade to use. The finance guy took my credit card for a $500 deposit and told me he would not run the card, it was just security for the purchase as I was coming to buy the next day. As it turns out, he did run the card on the 17th of July and I had to call them to get the money back Aug 19th. This place and the people look good up front and from a distance, but I do not trust them one bit. Will never do business or recommend any one too. read more

After paying for the services I inquired on the full synthetic oil change and why it did not say what type of oil was used on the invoice. The rep was uncertian and had no explination for me, said "Im sure it was done". My "peace of mind inspection" was not explained in any depth. So likely not even done. No mention to bring my vehicle back for a retourqe at 100km. Only know this cause this is standard with any tire rotation. Decided to buy another Chrysler, i have had nothing but problem with it, i hate it, i cant not wait to get rid of it. Took my car in 6 months before the warranty was up and of course everything was in "excellent condition" 3 weeks after the warranty expired there was over $3000 on repairs needed ASAP as they were safety issues, I only have 81000 km on a 2006, no other dealer found the same problems. I was also told that sometimes when a car sits for long periods of time that the bearings will start to have problems. I thought I was making a good decision going with dodge to buy a used vehicle, I could of saved a lot of money buying used elsewhere but thought hey they are well known why not go with them? BE AWARE of what your buying used from this dealership. I purchased a used 2015 Dodge Journey with 81000km on it in December 2019, within two weeks the vehicle was in for full front and back brakes, shocks and rotors ( the vehicle came with a 21 point inspection)!! When I got the car back the loud clunking noise was so bad I was afraid to drive the vehicle , so within the month this is the second time going in, only to be pushed off saying they don't hear anything and they didn't fix anything , but the noise was gone when I got the vehicle back! A family member who is a red seal mechanic told me, I think it's the abs and watch yourself because they are pushing you off until it isn't their problem anymore and your stuck paying for repairs! Well this week I get in my vehicle to drive home and the engine light and traction control lights are on, they took it in again being hesitant because they were tired of me coming to them with the issues ! I get a phone call say I'm responsible to pay $900 to replace the abs module!! Now this has been an on going issue that was mentioned in documented text of me telling them there is something seriously wrong with it, only to be pushed off like I'm a moron , now I'm on the hook for $900 because they won't fix the issue! Nothing but problems with them and they won't admit their wrong and push you off , well my voice will be heard on every review site to warn all potential customers to RUN when you see anyone from dodge trying to sell you their used crap! It's sad that Canada has no lemon laws here, dodge your a highway robbery company and you don't give a crap about your customers only the dollar and that's sad ! Some how they mixed up the names and they have me listed as the owner of my wifes car and vise versa we have asked for this to be changed several time has yet to be done. Secondly I took my truck in to get some warranty work done and they called me asking if I knew about a scuff on the bumper.. Needless to say they damaged my truck while it was there and tried to blame me. they didn't even fix the problem while it was there. While waiting to pick it up I observed a saggy pants young kid driving it like it was stolen then when I got in it the Radio was cranked almost all the way up. If i was to take a bet I wonder who damaged my truck. Also when I took it too get the damage fixed at their body shop the body shop had it 2 days and fixed it. But I asked for the warranty work and a oil change to be done at this time. it took them 2 days to change the tailgate actuator and do a oil change how sad is that. It took them a full day to tell me when it was going to be ready it wasn't untill I started getting mad that they gave a time to pick it up. when I got there they didn't have any paper work for me I have yet to receive it. and I was basically ignored they just wanted me gone because they knew I was not happy. Do not buy from these people unless you are prepared to be harassed repeatedly over the next few years, I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from them in May of 2013 and they have continued to call me every couple of months asking me if I'm ready to trade it in, not only is this extremely annoying and frustrating but the service department here is a joke also. 2 hours for a oil change that I supplied the oil for and still winds up costing 50 dollars. The only explanation given was sorry we were training someone. So that tells me they have unlicensed mechanics servicing your brand new vehicle when you bring it to them. Worst experience I've ever had. I applied for a vehicle loan and was told it was approved with a co-signer. Once I gave him all the information on the co-signer he told me he would contact me as soon as the bank got back to him. I never got a call so I called the dealership. Turns out he was on vacation, the salesperson who was taking his place then told me that the vehicle I picked wouldn't work in my price range. So I went down to the dealership to look at others. While I was in the office he then informed the loan was in the co-signers name and not mine and since they had another vehicle that would have to be rolled in the cost. Seriously, that is extremely unprofessional, what kind of person do you have to be to suggest or try such a thing. I will never deal with them again...In fact I doubt I will ever own a Dodge again. read more

If you are looking for a great deal... stay far far away from here and the manager Kurt. I went there after seeing a truck online test drove it and liked it. I then did a kelly blue book check on my trade in.. according to them this means nothing. So after low balling me on my trade in by almost 5 grand I stupidly agreed hoping to get a better price on the used truck I wanted to buy! Boy was I wrong! After negotiating what I thought was a 4 grand discount I agreed. Then the manager came in, arrogance coming from all parts of him. He broke down the numbers and low and behold my discount on the used truck was not 4000 it was 4 HUNDRED. So after low balling me on my truck by 5000 and giving me a discount of 400 dollars not 4000 on the used one I wanted to get, this ignorant manager named Kurt proceeds to tell me that he doesn't need to go down when it's such a great price already! And if he were to go down he would lose 4500 dollars. So no Kurt u did not lose 4500 u lost 55000 as his truck still sits in the lot at Londonderry. "Where do they find these people" and that's the end of my rant. And hopefully u who is reading this takes my advice and stays away, there are many good dealerships that would gladly give u a deal in order to get ur business but this place is not one of them read more
