Our whole night was ruined, and this older, large man was grabbing us by the arms which was not cool at all because we were cooperating. Overall, service is awful and this place needs to change their policies. No refund for the concert we were waiting to see for months. The managers here need to check in on their staff. Also, policies should be changed, they should consider a beer section rather than being able to ruin certain people's nights so easily.

Forty minutes in line so the kids aren't on the rides until forty five minutes after opening.Employees were not ready for opening time. Overpriced and not worth it even if it was free. No shade or benches for families in the fair area. Only tent was for the drinkers in the Biergarten. No new rides as advertised. There were less rides but the same old ones. You have to really search the website to find out anything. They don't mention the rides at all that will be there. Fair opens at 11 but rides start at 1pm yet you can't get on the rides until you wait in the long line to get in. Forty minutes wasted being herded through no designated lines. All of the ticket lines were nondescript until you got to the window which had a hand written "prepay" in marker which was small. The lines weren't moving at 1pm like they should've. Employees didn't have a scanner to scan tickets so they sent you elsewhere. Employees weren't at the rides to run the rides at opening time. There were also mechanical issues on rides and one was closed due to an issue. My children said they don't want to go to the fairgrounds ever again and I agree completely with them. There will continue to be a steep decline in fair goers due to the lack of organization, price and no one available to oversee that everything runs smoothly. The map that is handed out for the fairgrounds shows things not available like cooling stations. There are no cooling stations in the rides area. The cooling stations were on one side of the fairgrounds as per the map but did not exist. You'd think after a decade that the fair would be streamlined by now.

I've taken 3 improv classes now and might someday shed my fear to try standup. Safety: the club has a no heckling policy. Getting up on stage in front of people is hard. Sitting in a dark crowd and offering shitty criticism is easy. I appreciate each and every person that's getting up there to try and entertain a crowd - it's a lot of work conquering your anxiety in the spotlight, and nobody gets it right 100% of the time. LBC is a place that welcomes people to start for the first time and go on a learning journey. We may not be NYC but I think it's pretty damn good for MT. Safety was something stressed in Improv 1 and I appreciated that (stressing it in all classes would be cool too). Community: come more than just one night to LBC and you'll quickly realize that the team behind LBC has built a pretty cool community of folks that care about making others laugh. People in the community care about connection, and realize that the diversity of that community can have it's challenges, but those are also the things that make it special. This is a place where you can make real friends. I sure have.

It is not overwhelming large and we were there for just about 4 hours…read more Some highlights are the dinosaur section (which is what they are known for), a living history area outside, a small area about old-school gadgets (which was fun to guess what some of these gadgets had been used for), and a temporary frog exhibit (which my son LOVED). Museum has a really small café that is mainly snacks and drinks. Do not expect to have lunch here (which was one of our mistakes). The museum was a great time and definitely worth a visit if you are in Bozeman.

I'm glad that I was properly warned; had I been looking for a family friendly show, I would have been disappointed. What I did find, however, was an adult themed, hilarious variety show. There was music, dancing, jokes, impersonations and audience participation (willing or not!) If you don't want to become a part of the show, avoid sitting on the front row. Some of the actors were very talented-I'd love to hear the lady who sang opera do more! She's outstanding. And the guy who did the impressions was fabulous.

I don't live in Bozeman…read more Or even Montana. In fact my first time here I "discovered" Music on Main, a summertime only event. This means the street (Main) is closed off around 5 pm or so, parking becomes fierce after that on the area streets, so keep that in mind. Once the street is closed off, some of the shops that line the street put a little stand out front, there are some other street vendor the things (think face painting) as well. There is a stage for live music, the schedule is posted in advance, and there are some food vendors out. The lines got long fast at the vendors, so I'm guessing the food was good. The pricing was similar to NY Street fair vendors I found. Bozeman all around will cost you some money. The stores that line the street are galleries and upscale boutiquest and the like. The restaurants on the street are also upscale and nice. These are Thursdays from June-Aug. Its a great thing to have "stumbled upon" and if you are planning to pass through Bozeman, I'd do it on a Thur in the summer for this event.

I left with a new family, including the staff and guests. Linda and KT make you feel at home the second you arrive. If you're looking for fancy -- this is not your kind of place. If you are looking for food fit for a foodie created by Chef Michael and a riding experience lead by Jim and his crew or if you want to just gaze out at the beauty, serenity and natural surroundings, then this is your place. I have been riding a long time and have never experienced such a well run, organized and fulfilling riding program...ever! Elkhorn Ranch has a rich 100 year history -- celebrating this coming year. The original families are still involved. You sit on the porch of your cabin with no cell phone or ipad becuase there is no service. You unhook from the workd --- not an easy task. The land is sacred, beautiful and rustic. I was able to take my first deep breath in a long time. Thank you Elkhorn Ranch for making me a part of your family. I will be back with friends.

We came…read morethrough town mid Oct. when it was closed however the wonderful ladies that volunteer here happen to be putting up lights on buildings and fencing on the property for the holidays before the snow got too deep. So while we were taking pictures and peeking in the windows a sweet lady came over and opened the door and let us in and told us about the school house and a little history. It was a wonderful group of women who made this happen and if you happen to be driving into the area make sure you stop in and say hi. I believe their season in Memorial to Labor Day.

Although the museum was listed as open according to the hours posted, there was no one there. I was limited to peering in the windows to see a traditional one-room school house with a few desks and various era-specific items on the walls and shelves. There was also an information desk with what looked like flyers on the history of the school house. I was able to spend time freely walking on the property, looking at the rusted farm implements and the nearby fields from the well-manicured grass and the small gazebo located a short walk away from the school house. After catching a glimpse of what was probably the outhouse located several yards from the school building, I decided I would refrain from complaining about how tough I had it walking two blocks to school in the snow. Perspective. This museum gives perspective.
