We waited about 30 minutes for a table and it was worth it! Cozy ambiance and welcoming environment. I had the Flat Iron, with a side salad and button mushrooms. At a near century old establishment serving steaks the whole time is a hard thing to do. There are lots of restaurants that pivot and change and use burgers to get by, but steaks the whole time is a work that needs to be celebrated. Sure Texas is known for their cattle production and Nebraska for their grain grown to feed cattle, but the beef here, is grass grown, local that could have walked here and there is something to be said about that. That's more than dance with who brung you, but rather eat em where they lay. Apparently this used to be a Butcher Shop / Bank, interesting combo before 1937. Family owned and operated for generations. I came here 3 times while I was passing thru they do alot of things well. The BYO burger upgraded to Bison is a rarity and a must. The Fried Chicken sandwich is hearty and balanced with the horseradish, tomato, pickles. It doesn't even need cheese. Rocky Mountain oysters and tender with just enough chew. The breaded cheese curds hold up well to dipping sauces which most normal curds dont. Rocker sauce is good, but never figured out what was in it. Tangy, sweet. Loved the Wedge salad, the ranch was outstanding. Prime rib after 5pm, upgrade your sides to loaded baked potato and a wedge side salad, it's worth it. The 10 oz is more like 12 and the 16 oz is more like 18. Great crust and seasoning, zesty horseradish. Wall to wall pink, tender, juicy. No sauces here like au poive or a bernaise. Save room for dessert their carrot cake is moist, soft and sweet. the peanut butter pie is a downhome classic and the oreos, my god. Service is great, prices are good for the area. Ambiance is excellent. It's a great representation of what an area can do without trying to be like someone else. I actually had their shrimp which is odd being so far from water here, they obliged me to get them all 3 ways if I ordered 2 orders.

If I could give Feast Bistro 6 stars, I would!…read more We started with the Curried Halibut Cake appetizer, which had the perfect amount of kick without overpowering the fresh flavor of the fish. The Roasted Beet Salad was cool, refreshing, and a perfect complement to the appetizer. For my main course, I had the Catch of the Day--Sea Bass--prepared with Thai-inspired flavors. It was outstanding. I never would have believed jasmine rice could be prepared in such a savory and flavorful way. Every bite was exceptional. My date ordered the Lobster and Grits and absolutely loved it. Our servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and offered robust wine pairing recommendations that complemented each course perfectly. We finished the evening with a delicious selection of desserts, which was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. We dined on the patio, and the atmosphere was absolutely delightful. From start to finish, every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. Without question, this was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Bozeman, and I can't wait to come back.

To start, we had the daily ceviche, which was a salmon ceviche with a bright citrus marinade, garnished with oranges and served alongside crispy wonton crackers. It was fresh, light, and a perfect way to kick off the meal. Next, we shared the hot crab dip, which was rich, warm, and packed with flavor. Served with grilled bread, it was the kind of dish you keep dipping back into because it's just that good. For our main dish, we shared the Brown Butter Scallops -- prosecco salt dusted scallops served with arugula pesto, herb mushrooms, and bacon & butternut squash arancini. The scallops themselves were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, but the real standout on the plate was the arancini. Crispy on the outside with a rich, savory filling of bacon and butternut squash, it paired beautifully with the rest of the dish and completely stole the show. The entire meal was beautifully plated and thoughtfully prepared. The only small note is that the restaurant can get a bit loud when it's full, which can make conversation with your dinner companion slightly harder. That said, the lively atmosphere shouldn't stop you from enjoying a meal here. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience. If you go, do not skip the bacon and butternut squash arancini--it was the absolute star of the dish and truly sensational.

We got married here, and we absolutely loved this venue…read more The staff and our day-of coordinator were incredible--so organized, attentive, and truly invested in making everything perfect. The outdoor ceremony with the mountain views was absolutely stunning and made our day feel so special. The bridesmaids' cabin was perfect for getting ready--beyond spacious and decorated so cute. The groomsmen's cabin is smaller, but it has a basketball hoop and other activities for the guys, which was perfect while the girls (of course) took a little longer getting ready. The DJ they provided was super friendly and helpful, and everything flowed so smoothly throughout the day. Communication was easy from start to finish, and the team really went above and beyond for us. The food was also delicious--we did a buffet-style setup, and it worked perfectly. Everything moved so efficiently, and our guests loved it. The pictures truly say it all, but I honestly wish I could relive this day over and over again. I'm so thankful for such an amazing experience. Highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a wedding!

I never leave reviews, but this was so disappointing it felt necessary to warn others considering this venue. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude and controlling. We were told that even one drop of spilled beer would result in a $1,000 cleaning fee--an absurd threat that set an aggressive tone right away. The makeup studio situation was even worse. Although we were told we had until 8:00 PM to clean up, by 7:30 all of our belongings--thousands of dollars worth--had already been packed up without our knowledge and thrown haphazardly onto the curb. Personal items, including purses and expensive makeup kits, were scattered with no care or organization. It was a nightmare trying to sort through everything, especially knowing we had early flights to catch the next morning. We weren't even given a warning or a grace period. To top it off, the staff continuously policed guests' behavior. They made condescending comments like, "Wow, another drink already?" and told guests to "pace themselves," even though everyone was respectful and under control. They confiscated the bride's personal beer bong, saying it wasn't allowed--fair enough if that's the policy--but when I politely asked for it back to put in our car, they refused and said I couldn't have it until after the wedding. Again, it was our personal property, and we weren't causing any disruption with it. This wedding was meant to be a joyful celebration, but the staff's attitude and behavior made it feel tense and hostile. If you're considering this venue, think twice. The location may be beautiful, but the experience left a terrible taste in our mouths. Adding on to my review: One of the most upsetting parts I forgot to mention was how the owner spoke to the bride's grandmother about the makeup room. She was so rude that she actually made the grandmother cry--which is absolutely unacceptable. The checkout time was 8:00 PM, yet all of her belongings were already thrown out on the curb by 7:30, with no warning or grace period. She was understandably distressed, worried about thousands of dollars in personal items that had been carelessly tossed around. To treat anyone like that is unacceptable--but to reduce someone's grandmother to tears on her granddaughter's wedding day? That's beyond disappointing.
