Andrea spent a lot of time answering questions about insurance, telling me what questions I needed to ask my insurance company when I realized I needed to switch insurances, making phone calls to the insurance company for me when I needed to get paperwork from them, filing for pre treatment estimates with the insurance company so that I wouldn't be left with a surprise bill if the insurance company did not cover what I thought they would (which really helped because it did happen that one of the insurance companies I tried did not cover anywhere near what they were supposed to) and also helped me get on a payment plan through sunbit, with a very affordable down payment for what the insurance company wouod not cover so that I could hurry up and get the work done that I needed. Of course the dental appointment went great. They made the crown in the office and were able to finish everything that day, in less than two hours. His assistant was so sweet. They really do care about your comfort while you are in their office. They always provide you with a neck pillow, ask you what you want to watch on tv while your getting your teeth worked on, and they even offered me a blanket while I was waiting for the crown to be made. I will never go to another dentists office. Dr. Logan has been my dentist since I was old enough to get my teeth cleaned. His entire office staff is professional kind and treat you like family. Not only would I recommend Dr. Logan to a friend, I would honestly feel like they were making a mistake if they went anywhere else.

I can't personally speak of that reviewer's visit, but I can say my experience with Dr. T has been very different than the one he describes. First, I have NEVER EVER known Dr T to willingly inflict pain on anyone!! And, to say that he was so uncaring that he laughed? No way!! Just don't believe it! Yes, Dr T has a strong personality - but he is one of the most capable doctors I have ever gone to! As for that "strong personality" it is ALWAYS in your corner! No matter if you are in an out of area hospital, or if you have been referred to a specialist - you, the referred specialist and/or hospital, ALWAYS know that YOU (his patient) is ALWAYS Dr T's primary concern! It's true that he doesn't mince words with his patients either - he tells you like it is! Sometimes whether you want to hear it or not!! He will go into detail helping you understand your health situation - sometimes very simplistically, assuming that you don't have a medical license (which I'm guessing that most of his patients don't have)! Dr T does that for his patients - no matter how busy he is - at the time of your appointment, YOU are his focus! In a time when so many doctors are farming out their practices to NPs Dr T still sees all his patients personally! He isn't afraid of giving his opinion! What I mean by that is that he gives you your medical options, explains the outcome(s) and helps you to make your own health care choices. Don't know about you all - but I don't want a wishy-washy doctor! I want one that is confident about his experience and skills. Believe me I see way too many doctors that don't and won't help their patients make important health choices. I know from experience; I take my elder mother to all of her doctor's appointments. All too often her doctors are non-committal and wishy-washy. They often miss the boat on helping her (and me) to understand her needs or medical options. Even after asking for clarification, I all too often have to go home and research what procedure or treatment they 'discuss' during her visit. I used the word 'discuss' because all too often we leave never truly understanding which treatment her Doctor(s) sees as the most favorable for her. Believe me, if Dr T took her insurance, I'd have switched her to his care long ago. Finally - Not going into detail here - but I credit Dr T for having saved my life! And, for good measure, my husbands too!! Bottom line - Dr T is one of the best doctors in Huntsville! And Huntsville is lucky to have him!

They wouldn't even look up the fax number or email to send a referral and we had to gather all of the information our self's or the alternative was drive almost an hour to just give the cardiologist a physical copy of the referral. Remind you my grandmother is 88 years of age. It is very sad that we are so limited to clinic options being in such a rural area. I think the customer service is very pathetic and lazy. I would not recommend visiting this clinic and we will not be returning.

If more doctors practiced using Dr. Wells methodology, we would all be better off. He actually listens to the patient and has not fallen victim to prescribing medications only from the latest and greatest TV commercials. If you are on a budget, talk to him and he can usually find a medication within your price range. He does not accept medical insurance or Medicaid but his price for a basic office visit is the same as my copay for a specialist, $40 cash. It can go up with injections or more complicated visits but you won't get a surprise bill at the end. He discusses fees up front. The day Dr. Wells retires and stops practicing medicine will be a very sad day for the citizens of Huntsville and Walker County. He is the best.

They do cardiology mostly in the Huntsville office but they have multi specialty providers so they can help with so much more. I recently had something I really needed to see a primary care doctor about but my PCP could not get me in, so I called them to see if they could help me, and they told me I could go to one of their primary care facilitys in Trinity or Crocket or I could see their nurse practitioner in Huntsville. They got me in the very next morning. They also have an allergist that comes to their clinic every other Monday, and they have different facilities in the surrounding areas that offer everything from wound care to podiatry so if they can't help you in their office they know someone close by who can. The best thing about them is that they make sure that they do whatever tests need to be done to find out the cause of your symptoms. They don't just run one or two tests and if the results are good they send you away. They keep doing tests until they find out what is causing your symptoms, so you never walk away wondering what to do next. They are also able to do a lot of testing right there in their office such as stress tests, pulmonary function tests, heart monitors, they have an ultrasound tech that does general ultrasound and one who specializes in ultrasounds of the heart ect. The staff is really great too. They are all super friendly and helpful, especially Michael he really goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable during your visit.
