I went to Sleek after seeing pictures on Facebook. I've been following their page to see the before and afters on lip fillers for a while. I finally went to see Christine and love love love her! It's been about a week since I had the lip fillers done and I am in love!! Go see Christine! She's a nurse practitioner injector. I don't normally write reviews and if I do usually they are good reviews. Unfortunately I am so upset and embarrassed I thought I'd leave a review so others know. I first came to sleek laser for filler in my lips and some botox. My main concern on my lips was that a top one was lower on one side than the other. There was some miscommunication with my injector and somehow I had a lip shape I've never had before and during my appointment I was too shocked to say anything so I just left. I was so embarrassed how my lips turned out that I called the next day and told them my concerns. Matthew did seem caring and that he wanted to help me with my concerns so I came in to get some dissolved a couple days later. He did say that if we had to we could go in again and fix them up. The only negative thing I'd say about that is he let me know normally they charge for dissolve and it made me feel like he was letting me know they were doing me a favor. I've never been to a MedSpa that charges for the dissolve. When I came back in to see how my dissolve worked out no one offered to fix the fact that my lip was still lower or to make an appointment to fix that issue. I spent a good amount of money for my lips to not look any better but just full of lumps now and still the same concerns before. When I was there at my follow up appointment, I did ask for more botox under my eye because I didn't want the wrinkles. Now however, I don't even want to smile anymore because under my eyes has this weird wrinkling going on that I've never had before. I look worse than before I went in there. I spent over $1000 and am overall just so upset about how awful I look now and that my concerns that I went in there for were never fixed, just now worse. I wouldn't recommend this place. Hideous results . I recently had dysport injections and unsatisfied does not even begin to describe how I feel. My eyes now look deepset and hooded and when I smile my cheeks look like shelves - lord forbid I laugh because I look like one of those cartoon drawings. I wanted to look like a younger version of me not someone completely different - now all I can do is wait for this s*** to wear off. This was my first and last time at this place. The experience itself was a tad uncomfortable - they want to herd you in and out like cattle - in and out in 15 min. I had questions and concerns ( my worst fears came true and this is exactly what I wanted to prevent) while they did answer my questions they made it obvious that I was taking up more time than they had allowed ( I was in and out in less than 45 min ) there were no before and after pictures to help decide what the after effects might be to help decide what areas to treat and wanting a consultation beforehand seemed like an inconvenience. To make matters worse when I checked out it pops up to tip either 20% ( which states good job next to it) or 30% ( great job next to it) or 0% no other choices . So you feel like an a** if you don't tip but 20% is $80.00 ! 80 bucks for 15 min worth of work! When you don't even know how the results will be- and the way its done feels forced. I did tip the 20% because of the way it was handled I felt obligated especially since they had already made me feel like I was taking up so much of their time however with these results that was certainly adding insult to injury. And I'm pretty sure that if you go to a plastic surgeon or professional office that offers consultations - they don't ask for tips. Speaking of tips- my tip to you the reader is to go to a professional office who isn't bothered by you asking questions and who will take the time necessary to understand exactly what you want and then advise you on the best way to achieve those results vs this place who obviously wants to only do fast cookie cutter procedures. Because by the time you add 20-30% tip they aren't any less expensive than a PROFESSIONAL place. read more

I have had a few treatments now at Sleek and have been 100% satisfied each time. I have had Tara do botox and lip filler, both of which I was EXTREMELY hesitant and nervous about. She took her time to explain everything and really listened to my concerns and made sure that I got exactly what I was looking for. I have also gotten a Microneedling treatment from Breanna. She was very thorough in explaining the treatment and what I could realistically expect as far as results went. So a couple of weeks ago I had a treatment done on my neck and my puffy mom eyes...i think it's called mesotherapy? So I'm not the type of person to use much makeup, and I'm pretty lazy when it comes to lotions and potions, so I thought I'd try this treatment to help my face out a bit. I was sooooooo impressed with the results in just one treatment, and I am going back for more. I love that I recovered super fast, and I could feel stuff happening In my face, especially when I put on a lotion to help the healing process. I don't ever post reviews so that tells you a LOT. First of all, they tell you about the membership plan which appears a great deal and then you sign up, take the time and then you are tied for 6 months even when you change your mind about service. To help others deciding, you will end up paying more than it appears. To reserve my spot, they took $49 from my credit card before my first appointment, my first bill for the designer peel as they call it ended up to be $125.82, excluding the initial fee of $49. You pay for a post peel kit and then a hydroquinone and some numbing cream. so there are hidden costs. Let us face it, when we go for a facial, we get pampered. Not here. They will ask you to wash your own face. The aesthetician will check to make sure it is clean.. goes in the room... does the peel... address some of your questions ... so it is in and out... no frills... kind of like a clinic.To be fair, my face was peeling and so something was happening. however, i receive call with wrong date reminder for next appointment for follow up and i had to call in just to clarify. when i called regarding a breakout, the receptionist did not know, when asked when i can schedule a personal training session after my photofacial, i was told 48 hours by the receptionist sarah and 72 hours by the aesthetician tiffany. maybe i just chanced on an inexperienced receptionist. oh, and they will ask you for tips too. i do not usually see tips taken at a medical spa type setting.. when i asked, the receptionist said they were told to ask for tips... well i figured if the rn did not get tips, why should i tip when it is not an RN and the service was so so... just make u feel odd as u have to say no to tipping and the aesthetician may take it personally ... hope not... just not sure as i thought no tipping at medical spas due to some regulations? anyone know? the receptionist sure dont know either.i felt i already got sucked into this so the owner should tip her staff well... :) but this one does for sure. i actually referred a friend ... but i think i did not have a good experience at my second appointment... did not feel good. the aesthetician kept asking me about my call experience during my photofacial when i was focusing on the treatment. she was not happy about my handling of the breakout. The second appointment, i paid $50 but the total is really $99 for photofacial excluding upfront costs and multiple treatment cost, which is similar to deals you can find in the metroplex. i will update again regarding the results i received. My advice after 2 sessions is .... if you are looking to be pampered ... do not come here. it is like a clinic... you wash your own face, you go in and out... not an hour.. way less.... about 30 minutes...maybe less... and a lot of prep work on your own ... also restrictions from working out .... or exercising after treatment. So what you are really looking to pay for photofacials and peels over 6 months. initial $175 5 remaining mths $245 (drafted from your bank, if you use credit card, add $50 for additional charges) estimated $250 also expect to pay about $55 additional for numbing cream and hydroquinone cream and post peel kit.. that is only initial... you may have to buy more for future sessions. For those on a budget, just expect to pay about $750 to $850 or more over the 6 months for the treatments. and the sessions are short and fast.. in and out. you cancel with one month notice... i will remember to do so.... i put three stars as the peel did do what it was supposed to.. despite the mediocre service and hidden costs. i have yet to see the results of the treatments and if they truly are a good value. hope this helps! and expect to wash your own face when you get in in the restroom before your treatment. v unusual experience for me. my only hope is all the treatments work really well which is MOST important!!! the aesthetician tiffany told me she has 10 years experience. i will update again at a later time on that after more sessions... urghhhh....hope this helps u decide and i laid out all hidden costs and what to expect when you get here. hope this helps someone and represent my experience. read more

Love, love, love them! I have had Juvaderm, Botox, chemical peels, laser photo facials, eyelash dyeing, and micro-needling. They have always provided safe and excellent procedures. I think they are better than my plastic surgeon and lots cheaper. I trust whatever they recommend and that says a lot. read more

This place is amazing and can't thank them enough for fixing my eye filler! Four years ago, I went to a local plastic surgeon to get filler under my eyes. They placed one side of it on top of the muscle, so it never dissolved and became like a bubble! It was very noticeable, after many attempts the plastic surgeon basically told me there was nothing he could do. Luckily, I found Sleek Laser. Not only did I feel like they genuinely cared about helping me, they knew how to dissolve the bubble under my eye. At first, I wanted to have more filler put into my cheeks in an attempt to hide the bubble. They knew it would not work and thoughtfully explained why I needed to dissolve it first. Although it was not the plan I wanted when I went to Sleek, I'm so glad they convinced me to dissolve it first, wait two weeks then start building my cheeks with filler, and finally doing a proper job of putting filler under my eyes. Shady!!! If I could give no stars I would! I was injected with Botox on 8/03/13 by Tara. She did not know what she was doing at all. I should have known something would happen after I was injected with 40 units within just a few minutes. She did not take the time to look at my face and note my facial features and how the placement of Botox would affect me. The botox she shot in my glabella went straight to my eyes (hooded, heavy eyes, and my forehead feels like it's filled with cement). There was no change at all to my glabella. I called and complained to Elizabeth. She said that their injector, Tara, does not make mistakes. Wow! I know I make mistakes and I think everyone does. I was told to told to come back and they could inject me again at full cost. No thanks. For kicks I went to a website to ask advice from real doctors and sent In before and after pics. They all said the same thing- INJECTOR ERROR. So now I look like a freak and it cost me $360. My previous post that listed the 4 second opinion doctors and the link to their second opinion was removed by yelp so I cannot list them. Pictures of my messed up face was included in the original post. Trust me-these people are amateurs! If you want Botox or fillers go to a REAL doctor. It is worth the extra money to not look like a freak and be treated like cr*p! Update 10.3.13- I received a hateful message from someone that is without a doubt from Sleek Laser. Would you want these people working on you? I received this message from someone named RF- "Your review was absolutely terrible. It was unjust, exaggerated, and down right criminal. You were given multiple opportunities to come to a resolution, and you refused. It is not the businesses' fault that your face naturally droops and looks aged. It's so sad that you have such a pathetic life that you must try to find some satisfaction in leaving a horribly dishonest review on a website. Good luck trying to fix your face." My response to this nasty email from Sleek? Yes, they wanted me to come in so they could charge me for MORE BOTOX. That is the last thing I needed according to the 4 second opinion doctors. I had too much in the forehead and too low on the glabella. Also, for 40, my skin is not aged. I've had peels, microderms, the whole 9 yards. Tara even commented that I had NO Crows Feet and hardly any forehead wrinkles. Also, now that their watered down Botox has disappeared my face is no longer drooping. We are in the age that everyone looks at reviews and some even post their experiences before visiting a place. They should really learn to treat their customers right and not make comments like "MY INJECTOR NEVER MAKES MISTAKES". Just saying. In response to April's comment- I was told Botox is at its peak 4 weeks. I waited the 4 weeks as told. As far as still having lines- I didn't. The botox for my glabella went straight to my eyes instead of up where It was supposed to. I wasn't trying to get anything for free. Just trying to get them to fix their mistake which is fair. 4 doctors said it was injector error where it was posted on real self.com. I had those reviews and pics of me linked here but someone flagged them. I do have slightly hooded eyes naturally. However after this my eyelids were touching my eyelashes. It was a good 2 mm drop. All doctors at real self said Tara injected too low and didn't take into account how my eyes were. All doctors said that there are different sites to inject based on the eyes and areas of the glabella movement. As for not coming in, why would I waste my time going in there when I was told by Elizabeth at Sleek that Tara does NOT make mistakes. Why should I pay for more botox when I was injected in the wrong places and take the chance of that happening again and be out another $160 for that area? Yes, you should have fixed the glabella. There wasn't anything that could be done about my eyes so I wasn't asking about that. By the way, my eyes are back to normal and I have full movement in my face. It wore off quick. In closing, I will say Tara was polite and I have no complaints with her demeanor. Just that it was rushed and a mistake was made. We all make mistakes in our life and our job. It was the attitude of Elizabeth and April that prompted this review. Update 1.7.14- I went to an actual plastic surgeon in the Spring area. I was injected with 20 units of botox. I was told that all I needed was 20 in order to get a natural look. The nurse scattered the botox throughout my forehead and glabella, unlike what sleek did. Most important is that I was way over injected at sleek and actually saved money by getting it done right at an actual doctor's office. Others may have had a different experience with sleek but I felt like I was wronged with both the quality of the service and the treatment I experienced afterwards. read more
