Let me start off my saying I HATE leaving negative reviews as I know how much it impacts a…read morebusiness. However, this is directed at Jim Phelps, the GM of Drew's Car Wash. The employees & office staff have been extremely helpful each & every time. Back in Aug. '25 I visited the Wellborn location w/ my 2025 Ford Raptor. Grant you this is a $95,000 truck. Evidently the attendant guided me in crooked, as the truck slowly went sideways. I tried not to freak out & do any abrupt maneuvers to cause damage to my truck. However, it shifted onto the tire shine sprayer & climbed it. I jerked left to avoid any damage. I made it out safely w/ no paint damage etc. I let the techs know what happened as they towel dried my truck. I went on vacation for a couple of weeks & left my truck at home. When I got back home, I noticed my truck had a hard pull to the left on it. I went to the office & the ladies took down my info. Jim called me back the next day, & said he wondered how his equipment got damaged & insisted that there is no way that my alignment could be off. He insisted I get it to Ford to have warrantied out etc & that these Raptors are able to handle severe off-road abuse. Come to find out my alignment was indeed off & I took the $130 receipt to the office & said yall don't have to give me a check, just give me 3 months free or whatever makes sense. Jim called me back the next day & was quite rude, still blaming me & refusing to pay anything. What should I done Jim? Locked up my brakes to break your machine / tracks ? Honk my horn super loudly to get everyone's attn ?? I did the quickest reaction I could think of by holding my steering wheel to the left to not get any more damage. I understand no one is perfect & everyone makes mistakes ( even I do on the daily). However take some ownership in your employees etc Jim. I wasn't trying to seek thousands of damages, just a simple reimbursement of my front end alignment. However your attitude & customer service made me finally write this review & educate the public.

I accidentally forgot my credit card, so I bypassed the car wash tunnel and headed straight to the…read morevacuum area to meet up with a Drew's carwash membership holder. As soon as I pulled in to the area, an employee came running toward my car. He approached my window and immediately told me I couldn't be parked there. I calmly explained: "I'm getting a wash, I just forgot my card and need to borrow one from another customer who already paid." Still, he kept repeating and repeating that I wasn't allowed to be there and insisted I either leave without stepping out of my car or go through the wash first. The motto here is "from the moment you arrive, our team is dedicated to giving you the best experience." So here's a little insight into what that "best experience" looks like at this establishment: You get your very own personal employee to follow you around and monitor your car like a security guard. Forgot your card? Tough luck. Apparently, you're not allowed to retrieve one from another paying customer, even if they're literally right there. Maybe they want you to go get your payment from home and stop by another car wash?? If a car wash is that concerned about potentially losing $7 over someone possibly using a vacuum, that's just sad. Assuming the worst of your paying customers speaks volumes, money matters more than offering "the best experience" or basic courtesy.

Took them out of the car and used a small brush to clean them very thoroughly. I had phoned and said I wanted a custom car wash (my car had been out in the country and the grasses died all around our home and covered parking areas and there was dried grass and dust everywhere. It was a brand new low mileage car which had been cuddled in the Toyota receiving docks. I had a couple of paint scrapes and dings on my car from people hitting me in the H-E-B grocery store parking lot in Brenham which I asked them to address and they did they did have a contact with a dent man (who was not available on short notice) and I will go back to see him. I didn't really know how specific I needed to be and they were very very busy with cars to be done and I had made an appointment for 1:00 p.m.It was on Iast Friday afternoon and it was they did a great job. Dispite the long waiting line; They had a comfortable place for me to sit inside and look over my work and look over My downfall was I don't believe I actually told them what my exact focus points were; I should've made a concise list of all the things I wanted to have addressed when I made my appointment the day before, because that's what I was expecting when I got this "fantastic customer service, complete car cleaning." That's essentially what I got, but there were some places that they missed; I pointed them out upon their requested inspection inspection. (One of the last they things they did was spray the inside of the truckbed but they didn't dry it so I asked when I looked the finished car because I knew that once I drove off the wind would blow off sprays of water bubbles out of the back and onto the sides of the car. There were a few dust scrapes on the doors on the inside where things had been moved in and out. I wasn't there when he was cleaning inside but he didn't address some scrapes where I'd gotten some things in and out of the car and I pointed those out to him because I wanted those cleaned off too. (The car was brand new and it'd been a heckuva summer - our covered and roofed area on the side of our barn with the wind and heat was not a sealed area. Anyway, in general I'd have to say it was a great place and I hope to return . It was pretty darned pricey but well worth it to make m it car look nice and new again. The Owners were very nice and cordial, and schooled and Certified in "car-detailing". If you want a first class job, this is it. ( Don't forget your detail list.) Sincerely, Ginny Welch

My instincts kicked in because something wasn't right and I go across the street and ask him where his boss literally the second he got across the street and he said he "left. I again ask who's the boss and Henry tells me he is the boss. So he basically lied to me. Then proceeds to try to lie again and tells me the same story and then makes up that he tries to tell this guy that IPhones do that with the flash. I called the number he gave me and it's his number (Henry). NEVER will I ever go to this judgy place and even if I was taking pictures of the car wash it's a PUBLIC place ! The whole point of this is never assume and don't make up lies if you cannot back them ip with the truth.
