Also, they have this compressed air pump thing at every vacuum stall which is incredibly handy. Never seen this at a car wash before, and it's a great idea. Another unique thing about this car wash is the conveyor belt design. This way the width of my tire doesn't matter, and there's no risk of damaging my rims. This attention to detail was thoughtful; making a wash for any car hassle-free. Not to mention they recycle their water which assures me that this company is dedicated to "clean" in multiple ways. Their water conservation efforts showcase their commitment to being responsible and reducing their ecological impact--a factor that's important to me as a customer. Aside from the great price, customer service, and clean, I loved their vibrant design :) This car wash is on another level, and I can say without a doubt that I'll be back soon!

I went back the next day and the attendant handed it to me, stating he'd found it in the tunnel on yesterdays cleanup. Clearly then this was removed by the washing process. The attendant gave me the email address where I could enter a claim to have the damage repaired. To my dismay, the email I got back stated "vehicles more than three (3) years old are not covered for damage claims". It was claimed that this was "posted signage at our facility", however when I went back I couldn't find anything posted that stated a 3 year age limit on damage repairs. If your car is more than 3 years old, Wash Masters will not fix any damage they do to it.

When it was done I got a text letting me know, and they had an option to pay online before heading there. That was very convenient.
