Inside wipe down, hit and miss. One door was obviously missed. They used to wipe around your doors, especially at the bottom where a lot of dirt builds up, not today. Exterior back of vehicle was not wiped down. $30 and of course they only had one lane open so I was there over an hour. I won't do it again. Their employees don't care. Also, they have this compressed air pump thing at every vacuum stall which is incredibly handy. Never seen this at a car wash before, and it's a great idea. Another unique thing about this car wash is the conveyor belt design. This way the width of my tire doesn't matter, and there's no risk of damaging my rims. This attention to detail was thoughtful; making a wash for any car hassle-free. Not to mention they recycle their water which assures me that this company is dedicated to "clean" in multiple ways. Their water conservation efforts showcase their commitment to being responsible and reducing their ecological impact--a factor that's important to me as a customer. Negatives: Coffee bar is Uber unwelcoming and the coffee was old and burnt. 100's of old magazines Oil change and wash took 2 hours and I was the only one there. Lady sitting at counter unwelcoming and on cell phone. TV not on No decorations for holidays, or music or festive So, without sounding spoiled, you don't have to have a bougie coffee bar or a big screen television. You don't have to have fall decorations.But you should be welcoming and maybe have a welcoming atmosphere. Car sales here may not be a problem, but knowing a dealership will try to make you comfortable while you have no choice but to wait on service, means the world. Maybe what I am sensing is a lack of pride in this workplace.

They even vacuumed the inside and cleaned the dash, really a lite detail job but unexpected. This is probably one of the last cars to be repaired by them tho, Caliber Collision is buying them out, supposed to be the same people and same quality, I hope I don't have to find out!
