Always a great experience at Lone Star. Guys working are always kind and helpful. Store is always stocked with items I can't find elsewhere where and at good price. It's also a nice add on a Friday night to get some samples. Highly recommend!!! read more

The guy behind the counter was very friendly. I wish I got his name. I called him because I was looking for the Rebecca Creek double barrel Spanish oak and he said he had one left. He held it for me and I am one happy customer because that bottle is just so hard to find. The store has a great setup. Very welcoming. I liked the wall decor. Very Texas! read more

This liquor store is off the beaten path but is worth drive to find a wide variety of beverage choices. I found whiskey's and Vodka's I had never seen before. The airplane size bottle had incredible variety of things so you could just try something before you buy a whole bottle and they started as low as .99 cents to about 4.99. My favorite display in the store was the whiskey swag decorated deer heads. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Also they had hand made candles for you candle lovers, and a wall full of beer and wine choice. I found a ginger liquor that will probably be my new favorite. If your in in San Angelo give this Lonestar liquors a try. Great job Lone Star you got a new customer and fan. read more

The best damn liquor store in Angelo. The selection is excellent, the prices are surprisingly low (plus lower taxes because they're outside city limits), and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don't have it, they'll have it ordered and in stock generally within a week! read more

I stopped in on 7/24/19 to purchase some spirits. The male clerk was very rude and curt with me. He didn't say thank you or anything to make me want to return to this business. I only shop at businesses that appreciate my patronage. read more
