Again reminding that I needed it asap, due to sale/ listing of house. - Next Tuesday came, no show! Called Nate and he said, Oh I scheduled you for the next Tuesday because that's what he had on his schedule... What!! - He schedule some painters for Monday. Painter showed up and started taping off and painting for the day. - Tuesday comes, No painters! Text and called letting Project Mgr. and owner know that painters hadn't showed. Response was that they had something come up. House was in shambles, taped off with plastic and paper. They arranged to have other painters there by noon, more taping and painting, about three hours. - Wednesday original painters decided to show up, I expressed my concerns about how they don't tape off lighting fixtures and vents and how they were getting paint on all these things with their "free hand" paint cutting. The crew did not like my advice/ criticisms and left. - Many more disappointments, overspray, areas missed/ incomplete areas, paint on light fixtures, cracks in walls that should have been filled prior to painting, painting only one side of door? Too many issues with this company, don't do it!

We thought all his quotes were incredibly fair. He was very easy to work with and he gave us some great advice throughout the process. Very honest. The quality of work was fantastic. His team of painters was always on time and very courteous. They took great care to protect our floors and furniture and were diligent about clean up. The paint job itself was done very well. We had them repair some drywall and some trim cracks, along with painting ceiling, trim and walls and it all looks fantastic. He's extremely pushy almost to the point of a bullying and does not listen to anything you ask.  I asked several times in text for a revised estimate, never received one.  the main job I brought him out for, he didn't include in his estimate, which was painting my house.

John James is a good salesman but if you can't remember the bid provided to your client how can you satisfactorily complete the job??
