We requested the ceiling be painted we could not decide whether or not to go a flat white or same color as the walls. Ron suggested to do a Flat white. Glad we listened to that advice. So the ceiling got 2 coats of ceiling paint. The walls got 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. (Benjamin Moore). They fixed a lot of poor quality spots in the walls and ceiling. When I spotted a spot they missed they just got it done. No gripes or complaints just done! The workers (Alex, Nathan and Miguel) were great! Got the job done 1 day ahead of expected. When we are ready to have the other rooms done we will be calling you again.

Abraham's crew was there bright and early every day. There was so much to do and these guys didn't miss a detail. They were great at staying in contact and addressed everything we wanted done. Everyday there was an end-of-day recap with us and he'd go over the plan for the next day and whether we had any concerns. I really hate writing bad reviews but we wish we listened to the one review stating to not use this…read morecompany. I hope our review helps because as it turns out we are not the only family that Lone Star Painters has either done poor work for and/or taken money from. The paint team showed up late, left early, used the wrong color paint, did not prep our home properly and did a nightmare of a job painting. The way they tried to cut in the paint on our walls made no sense, they would start in one spot then stop and start in another. Leaving incomplete sections here and there. We are glad we stopped the work when we did but we are now in the process of taking legal action for our money back as the owner is refusing to reimburse a portion of our deposit. They only actually worked one day for maybe four or five hours but he's trying to charge us for two days. Then he explained that he had to charge us for the paint but failed to explain why he kept all the paint that he's charging us for. It's a shame because he came across as a nice genuine person but after requesting him to stop the work he has been untruthful and aggressive with his emails. Don't use this company, there are other companies that will paint your home without taking a penny till the job is complete and you are happy with their work! Save yourself the nightmare and headache and reach out to us if you have questions.
