I visited every week for the last 6 months to check on my truck it was worse every week. the owner of shop David has no vehicle so he drives what he can,will tell you repairs coming out of his pocket and has no money,also will tell you he doesn't speak English. I now have a truck painted the wrong color,missing parts,extra miles,same issues I took it back to be fixed.i picked it up and took it back the next day due to some small issues with paint job after all I have a written warranty right??from 12/23 to 6/24 it was drove by a worker with no drivers license through back wall of paint booth suffered extra mechanical damage have two shops that stated damage done at Genesis. at this point I will be contacting the Attorney General of Arkansas and filling a breach of contract suit. I even waited 2 weeks to see if they would try to do anything to make it right. when I went to get my truck which was totally paid for David said he want going to give it to me,I had to threaten to call the police to get it. have over 300 pictures all dated and several witness. I went by the body shop 7 times and each time I was either told the receptionist had the check or the owner had the check or no one was in that day. I called my insurance company and was told that the body shop signed by name and cashed the check weeks ago. State Auto has made requests to be reimbursed for the check they forged and cashed, but as of today they had not been able to collect the money!!!
