Maybe a great place to buy, never tried dont know and now never will. Had 2022 GMC towed in on a late Tuesday night 6/16 went in to limp mode and then would not restart. Being over 2 hours from home had it take to nearest GM dealerhip. Picked up on trailer 6/26 and $1100.00 later. They broke plug on my ECM and installed another, mine had a sticker on it from HP tuners and they still overwote it and busted the plug. Now having to haul to a real mechanic to get fixed. read more

Over the last 20 years I've purchsed 5 vehicles here. On my last purchase I was sold a $4500 extended warranty and was told when I tried to decline it that it would cover everything except the battery for practically the life of my purchase. He never told me the extended warranty came with a $150 deductable which I discovered today when having a tire pressure sensor replaced. $305 for a tire sensor. 30 to 60 minute job, ask any mechanic, $160 an hour labour and totalldd $229 labour. $75.00 censor that cost at most $46.00. I know the dealer prices are dishonest but the lies and deception when convincing me to keep their $4500 extended warranty scam. To the owners of Allen Tillery Chevrolet, I, nor anyone I'm related to or friends with will never spend a penny with this dealership. By the way, they're sorry I wasn't told about the deductible! Cost them legitimate lifetime customers many times over. Greedy company. read more

When my GMC broke down, they couldn't find out what was wrong ! After waiting a week, finally I was told bad plugs, bad wires, bad coils and bad injectors. I contacted GM and was told the injectors were covered under emissions warranty. Allen Tillery wanted $800. for repairs. They would not honor the factory warranty, I picked up a $3.00 bottle of injector cleaner and drove it home. Truck was repaired for $3.00 not $800. read more

Approximately one year ago I purchased a new 2018 Chevrolet Colorado from Allen Tillery Auto. The purchase process was pleasant and I met the owner, his son and his grandson. A few months later, I went by the service department to have two "eyebrow" lights installed. These lights are LED and simply stick onto the headlight. Each LED has two wires to be connected to the running lights of the truck. The service man gave me a price of $348 to install. He explained that the front of the truck would have to be removed? I then took my truck to another location. This location installed my LED's within 15 minutes at a cost of $30. When I complained to my sales person, she simply replied, "that's not my department". Just a word of caution- If you want reasonably priced service after the sale, BEWARE of Allen Tillery Auto!!! read more

We went to look at a vehicle yesterday at Allen Tillery. My husband has bought the last three new vehicles from their location. We were not sure on this vehicle and the sales guy said he would not run our credit without a deal being in place even though he made us fill out an application to even give an offer. He promised several times not to run the credit because I kept asking him because I didn't want the hit because I was not 100% sure. I also had cash to buy the vehicle and I said I am not sure I even would finance but he was adamant I needed to do the application in order to see if they would take my offer. I HAD CASH AND HE STILL MADE ME DO THIS STUPID APPLICATION. When he came back I said, did you run the credit? He said no we just looked at this application. I come home and today I get an alert that they ran my credit. I will never ever by another vehicle from them. I don't understand why someone would lie so blatantly! They didn't accept my offer so why did they need to run my credit especially when they promised they wouldn't? Yes I know I filled out the application but when someone promises you a million times they are not going to do something then why would they do it???? read more

Our truck was in an accident on 10-19-15 and has been in the body shop at Allen Tillery since it happened. We got our vehicle back after 6 weeks of it being there, and found that many things have not been fixed, or left untouched. We were so upset that we had to take the vehicle back again to be worked on. We only had one vehicle now since this one has been in the shop. We wait for 2 more weeks while they fixed everything AGAIN!!! Not only was it not done right again there were still items that were not touched or done right. They promised it would be done right, and blah blah. It took everything for me and my husband to not blow up. Cory was the guy who helped us and was very unprofessional. He kept saying things were that way from an accident we had before this one. This truck has never been in a wreck before, and only had 50,000 miles on it. The adjuster and I met with the manager, Harold who confirmed it would all be fixed. I gave him the LIST I wrote out that was not done. He assured it would be done. We went to pick it up, and it was still not done right. Cory came out and brought the taillight with him, and pointed to glue that was on it, and said see this is where "YOU" glued it. I told him there was no way because we bought them new. So unprofessional to try and put blame on customer for something they did not do and was already approved by adjuster to fix. Harold came out to see if it was done right and we told him NO again, and he just walked away. We found many items still not worked out, and pain all over seals from where they painted. We will go up there again, but suggest no one to EVER get work done. Save your money and go somewhere else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! It is now 12-21-15 and still no vehicle!!! read more
