Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

Dishonest company- Steer clear of this company. I agreed to have Jesus come check a leak I thought…read morewas a pool leak. The fee to come out was $450. They found the leak, which ended up being irrigation. Jesus said he could fix the leak for $1,600.00 (not a typo). This was a basic PVC irrigation leak and his asking price was not the going market price for a repair like this. Once Jesus realized I wasn't going to agree to this outrageous price, he then lowered his price to $800.00. I told him that I would find someone else to do the work (which I did and they charge $100). My distain for this company comes down to integrity. They are clearly trying to take advantage of people that don't know any better. It's out of pure principle that I'm writing this post.
