If I wouldn't wrote this a few years back it might've been different but this service has gotten worse and worse. Our pool was constantly cloudy last year and they couldn't be bothered to fix it. It fixed itself due to winter and when spring again this year it did it again (see pic). I asked them to fix it AGAIN and the totally unprofessional owners, keep delaying again and again. Wouldn't answer texts or phone calls for several days. The owner Robert has been getting worse when it comes to that since last year. When we told Robert that we were dissatisfied, he started yelling at us! Rather than take action and fix the problem he made excuses and got mad. Blaming us that the pool was cloudy (we dropped a plant in the pool but it got cleaned) and yelling at us that we owed him our business cause everything he done for us! My pool had algae really bad, and I called Leslie, they send another technician to come in 2 days later, his name is Michael ... He is nice guys, he helped us clean the water filler, but he needs to come back another day to replace the parts... When the parts arrived, we called Leslie to schedule another appointment, someone on the call told us within 24-48 hours Leslie will call us to schedule an appointment... but after waiting for 3 days, noone called, we called Leslie again, at this time they told us the same story... need to wait 24-48 hours to someone to call us back to schedule ... at this time ... I asked to talk to manager, my called was transferred to another one... the manager scheduled my appointment in 4 more days. And also, i requested to refund the service call, since 1st appointment they charged me fee to cleanse the water filler and service call. They support not to charge me service call since I paid for filter clean $104. Hopefully, I will get the refund $45 service call.
