I checked with my bank and sent that info and said I paid. Then she gave me wrong move in date. No, I moved in on the 14th. There is no prorate. None of the services advertised are provided. If there's a dog park then make sure it's there because it's not. Water anyone? Good luck on having water because the manager won't fix water unless it's convenient for her. No trash service. Her dog will destroy any and all trash bags. You have to clean it because she won't come clean up after her dog in a timely manner. No trash service. We went 18 days without water in 2025 and we went 26 days without water in 2024. If you complain to her she will give attitude back. And water is not fixed for days. Not worth your time or money. No rules RV park and her dog will come poop in your yard and you have to clean it. She doesn't come out of the mobile home to do anything but she will give attitude under the guise of Christianity. Her behavior is the opposite of Christianity she still owes me money and hasn't paid up. I'm grateful to be gone and so is everyone else. No one wants to stay they. There is zero clean water. Liz and Mary need a better park manager. Not a nasty dirty person like Karen. She rinses in the fresh water holding tank and we are supposed to have that water delivered to our RV's. Absolutely disgusting. We smell terrible after a shower. There are better RV parks.

The washer ruined my clothing and towels...never got the smell out of my cothing....always had…read morepower outage 8 times in one day. We have never had issue with power till this park. Park owners blamed us..we even paid the guys THEY sent out to fix the problem to clean our A/C...the guys they sent out told me that it was the parks issue...that the box was flipping off...that we was not pulling to many amps...the guy they sent out, told me they were not lic electrician only rv repair. Park owers are coming up with how it is our issue and always mentioned a mysterious electrician guy....never seen him......problem was never fixed.... Had black widows around Rv, fire Ants were horrible. Hornets nest in trees, under ground beside electric post, in washer area.... grass is tall. Park owers were barely there to maintain the park. We could see the sewage in the ground pipe line...if we empty one one more the sewage would have never empty. Amazon could not find the address they gave us...the address they gave us was on the neighbors mailbox... Paid 500 to stay a LESS THAN a month....doubt we will see any of our money back. Update.... been days since we have left and went to a different park.... no issue with our power.....our power has not went off once....only issue we have noticed was. Baby rattlesnake.

Jax is their dog who is great , you can find him helping to manage things. He is a character. He can open and shut the office door and often takes the passenger seat on the golf cart. Truly a great experience and plenty of space between spots. They have propane on site and wifi and direct TV.
