Mario Electric was hired to change our old electrical service (meter). The agreement was that he…read morewas going to remove the old electrical box and meter and was going to install a new braker box and a 200-amp meter. As you all can see in the pictures the gray boxes on the right-hand side is what he was supposed to install but at the end he left the existing braker box and the old existing meter inside the red circle and removed the gray boxes he had installed. My wife and I bought new washer and dryer that we cannot use because the wires Mario installed according to a Master electrician are not thick enough and is not safe and it can create a fire in the house if the wires overheat. To my surprised when I went to the building of Development the job Mario did never had the proper permits the city of San Antonio requires. If you are thinking of hiring an electrician, PLEASE MAKE SURE HE HAS GOOD REVIEWS AND THAT HE WOULD RESPECT AND FOLLOWS TROUGH WITH WHATS IN THE CONTRACT.
