Yesterday (12/08/21) I needed decals removed and new decals applied. I had new decals which were provided by new employer. I gave specific instructions to owner on what I needed. Upon returning to pick up my truck I could clearly see that the work was not done correctly.. also work was unfinished.. Poor work and even poorer attitude. I hadnt finished my sentence before i was interrupted and called rude by steve the owner. Lots of tears, wrinkles, and not properly done spots on the vinyl. When asked about it their answer was thats how it is basically. I ordered a decal for my office. I was done incorrectly. It was never reproduced, but I was sent an invoice for a decal I didn't have. I told them I was not paying it, Lori Wistein informed me that my account was going to sent to collections. I have a stellar credit rating with 100% on time payments on all of my accounts. So for Side-A-Fects to threaten me like this, floored me. After a few emails back and forth, Lori won't agree to credit the invoice. I decided to go pay the $226.24 and keep my credit score spotless. I will never do business with Side-A-Fects again. $226.24 isn't worth having a blemish on your credit score. Conclusion: No decal, paid $226.24, excellent credit score, remained about the fray. read more

I highly discourage anyone wanting quality work, and good customer service/satisfaction from going to SideAfects. I took my car vinyls here to be placed on my Mustang, and the owner, Steve Tedford, put them on according to the "instructions" and not to my satisfaction. He then saved the template and attempted to charge me an addition $50 to reprint the decal that he himself destroyed. Clearly, I got my materials and left to go to a company that cares about their reputation and quality of work. Now I know why his company is called side AFFECTS, because their terrible work and accommodation of the customer's needs are ignored so much that it completely affects your mood. read more
