They require compensation if you decide to terminate your contract with them. Laurie Wall is the owner of this group and was extremely rude to our family upon termination. Overall we were not happy with them due to lack of progress, communication, or solutions offered. They have a very, "sit back and wait" approach with the sale of your home. Last, but not least, the commission they charge is outrageous compared to other companies. Especially for the small amount of effort they actually do on the selling side of things. Tldr: I wouldn't recommend this company, nor it's selling agents to anyone, and I advise that review readers approach them very cautiously, if at all.
