Not fine sitting around a hot, crowded, noisy laundromat to catch each 8 minute cycle so the dryer doesn't rip you off a couple of minutes. One dryer took my money and didn't work. Tried adding time to another dryer and it stole 2 minutes from me from the first cycle. Two dryers switched themselves from high heat to medium heat after I started them. Total ripoff. Trying to steal those pennies lost them a good customer. It makes me sad because I used to send everyone here. Fool me once, shame on you. Not getting the chance to fool me again.

I had taken the dress out so she can see it. She didn't look at it or what I was explaining. I understand that if they don't want your business they have that right. This place is awful!…read more I will say they did an alright hem and they removed a stain I thought wouldn't come out on one article of clothing, buuuuuut I brought in a white blazer which the woman acknowledged had no stains when I dropped it off, after taking it out of the protective plastic I had it in and started tossing it all over the dirty counter, but when I picked it up they had gotten two major stains that cannot be removed on it. Like I said some of their work ended up alright but the place is filthy! When I came in to get the issue resolved she pretended the stains were already there and said she just "didn't see them". How convenient. Anyway I'm finding a new dry cleaner.
