My dryer kicked the bucket a few days ago. R.I.P Whirlpool circa 2010. The possibility of a resurrection is in the hands of Amazon primes unfortunate shipping delay; of both parts & a questionable "dryer cleaning kit." The chronicle of whirlpool 2010 is to be continued; while I await for the revival of my beloved dryer, I discovered the Drop N Go Laundromat. Believe it or not, this is the first time I'm in need of this service, & of course I forget the detergent & fabric softener. Luckily this place has it all! A vending machine with both liquid and powder detergents. There's also fabric softener sheets and liquid. There's a few TV's, free wifi, & vending machines with snacks. Also there's a 711 next door, if you feel they don't have what you're seeking. Everything is paid by charge card. I appreciate the owners thinking ahead of time and having this place stocked with the necessities. The facility is very clean, and they also offer services to dry and fold. I spoke with a staff member today and she's also very nice. And so, the saga continues. Stay tuned for the resurgence of whirlpool 2010; if & when she returns she will be given a name, farewell & goodnight. Update: I conversed with the staff, tonight's employee Miriam. 5 stars to Miriam, she is very passionate about her job. I told her how my dryer went out and that I would be back in, until I purchase a new one. She walked me through all her preventative cleaning procedures and recommend I come back for heavy duty items so I don't exhaust my washer or dryer. I loved all her pointers. I've been a customer of Drop N Go Laundry since 2022, and for the longest time, I truly loved their service. I've actually been hesitant to write this review because I used to enjoy coming here so much, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The only bright spot lately has been Miriam, who is consistently kind and helpful. Outside of her, the level of service has declined significantly. During my last two visits, I picked up my laundry only to find ink stains all over my scrubs and my children's clothes. What's worse is that nobody mentioned the incident to me when I picked them up; I had to discover the damage myself. Most recently, I tried to drop off my clothes on Friday, April 24th, around 8:45 PM. I was met with a very rude staff member telling me they were closed, even though I was just dropping off. After some back-and-forth, she finally took the bags and told me they would be ready on Saturday. I waited for a text all day Saturday, but never heard anything. Not wanting to be a bother, I waited until Sunday to follow up. I called multiple times Sunday morning starting at 10:21 AM, 10:23 AM and 12:01 PM but every call went straight to voicemail. When I finally reached someone at 2:26 PM, it was Miriam. She informed me that she had just started her shift and discovered that the person responsible for my laundry had completely skipped over my order. I am so grateful that Miriam stepped in to take care of my clothes since they were long overdue, but I'm honestly hurt by the treatment from the rest of that staff. After being a dedicated customer for years, I don't understand why the service has become so unprofessional and dismissive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This place ruined my rug with stains (that were probably in the washer drum) and the owner refused to pay for it or even reimburse for the cleaning fee. The worker was extremely kind, apologetic, and tried to fix it. However, when she couldn't, the owner was nasty and to refused to pay. No apology even. Love this laundromat. Whenever I have to choose a laundromat it's this one. They are constantly being cleaned. They keep supplies on hand. Also if you have a child they will accommodate you and allow them to watch something while you dry and fold. I wanted to leave an honest review regarding the service I received from Ms. Miriam. I visited the laundromat on Sunday May 31st, 2026 and had a large amount of laundry to do as I prepare to return to work from maternity leave. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Miriam with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Not only was she kind and welcoming, but she was also constantly working hard throughout the facility helping pick up trash, managing laundry orders, and assisting customers at the reload kiosk. The entire time, she remained cheerful, patient, and genuinely helpful. As I was finishing my laundry, I realized I didn't have enough funds loaded for one of my dryers. Miriam stepped in to help and took the time to educate me on easier ways to reload my card without needing my physical debit card or cash. I was so excited to learn something new after coming to this laundromat for over two years. It's already a place I enjoy visiting, but Miriam's exceptional customer service made the experience even better. She is an amazing employee and a wonderful person. I truly want to thank her for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. Employees like Miriam make a real difference, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. I was impressed with the first time I went here because the owner Nancy actually picked up my laundry for me from my home since I wasn't able to drive at the time. The next couple times were disappointing when my clothes were either shrunk or stretched out. I notified them and found that I could actually request certain ways to wash it or to air dry it. I haven't had an issue since and have been using them for the last two years. For me it's a complete same era of time. read more

There are plenty of washers and dryers available. However, it can get crowded if there are a lot of people and a lot of used carts. The doors are usually open, and it can get very smelly with people in the parking lot smoking by cigarettes. It gave me a headache. This laundromat is not the cleanest but it does the job. I like that there are a few benches inside to sit on while waiting. The location seems a little sketchy with some questionable people in the parking lot sometimes. The laundromat is next to a liquor store. I like that this location has a wash and fold service, which I have not tried yet. read more

The owners are bottom of barrel scummy people. It's quite amazing that after they somehow burned or stained our rug they refused to compensate us for the damage that incurred when they attempted to clean it. This is my go-to laundry mat. I have only had two issues with the units there and was compensated for the issues. I'm glad that there is somebody always at the laundry mat because when I need help, I know somebody will assist me in a timely matter. The laundry mat is clean, neat and the TV's work for the most part. 99.9 percent of the time the machines are working, the water in the sinks for when you need to clean up something and they sometimes have paper towels. They do keep the doors open and the fans going for air and ventilation. People for the most part are mindful about taking their clothes out of the units within an appropriate time. Parking can get a little tricky somedays. The parking lot is shared by another business. For the most part I tend to park right in front of the building. Now I will give a friendly warning that the bums and homeless do like to pop up and show out some days. Hopefully you can bypass those "entertainers" when you're washing here. A huge plus is, this laundry mat has a drop and go option. I have used it twice. You do have the option to bring your own detergent, no there is no discount, or you can use theirs. I do bring my own when I use this service, I just love my clothes bring washed with the detergent I'm comfortable with. The service to me is pricy but I also come in with a lot of loads too. Clothes have always come back fresh and clean. I have never had anything ruined and/or lost. read more

Olivia was a great help. Uses a card. If you buy with 20$ they give you a dollar. Clean. Has large machines. Used one with king spread and blanket, 3 throw blankets, and queen blanket. Slightly smaller machine for 12 8 foot tablecloths. All came clean. Large dryers. Blankets for 40 minutes. Not quite dry enough. Tablecloths for 20 minutes completely dry. Pretty good laundromat. Have machines of all sizes for whatever you need to wash/dry. Payment: The Machines take credit cards or you can buy a wash card. The credit card thing is good for me because whenever I buy the separate wash card, I will inevitably have to put more money on it than I need, and then also I inevitably lose it, resulting in wasted money and a higher cost per load. For people that come here al the time and are more responsible than I am,, the wash card is a better deal, so it's good to have the option. For someone visiting town for a few weeks, like myself, the credit card straight to the machines is a great feature. The dryers are a real good deal because you only pay for what you need at 30 cents for every 10 minutes. Meaning you dont have to pay 5 bucks for the first 30 mins and then 50 cents for additional 4 minute increments, which is mostly what I've seen at a lot of other places. They have free Wifi that works pretty well and a well-stocked vending machine for all the soaps/sheets/etc. that you need to wash clothes. Some nitpick stuff that could be better: 1) The place where you dump the soap in the washers could be cleaned more frequently. All the machines I used had a lot of built up and caked on residue from super fragrant soap. 2) The only cold water option on washers was delicate cycle. You should be able to select a normal or heavy cycle without using warm or hot water. 3) Not a knock on the establishment, but the area. The perfect laundromat, for me, has a good watering hole within eye-shot/walking distance. This one does not have that. But again, not the fault of the laundromat. We come here for the Fluff n Fold service. On one occasion, our expensive goose feather comforter was given to somebody else, and we were given someone else's cheap white blanket. Didn't realize it until we got home because it's hard to tell in the plastic. On tonight's visit, we got our pillows returned to us washed but not dried at all. All of the pillows were wet and smelled like mildew. This will be our last time doing business with this place. read more

This place, is terrible. It used to be worse, but someone bought it and refurbished, some new machines, TV's etc. But it is still awful. Waaaay overcrowded, half of the machines are broke, for weeks, and on the weekend - when everyone does their laundry - the drop off service occupies at least half of the resources. I heard good things about this place after new management came in, and found it to be a wonderful experience! The owner is a super sweet lady and all the staff are friendly too! They also got new machines that look and work really well. They also have this fluff and fold service (which I had no idea what it was until they told me) that is very affordable and done so well! I was surprised that everything was folded so nicely, was completed faster than expected, and it smelled really fresh. With all that's going on nowadays it's a great option if you don't feel comfortable staying there the whole time (if you do stay, they have TVs and a little sitting area). They also used to take cash only but now they added a credit card option! I don't really write reviews that often but this place is worth letting people know about! read more

This has been a godsend for me. I've been so incredibly busy the last few months, sometimes my weeks are pushing well into 70 hours. This laundromat and their fluff and fold service has made my life so much easier. I drop my laundry in the morning, they scan it in, and I think the whole process takes maybe 2 minutes. I get a text midday, and my laundry is clean, folded, and perfect by the time I get home from work. I cancelled a lot of luxuries during the last year, finances being tight with business closures and all. This is one that makes sense, makes my life better, and I will keep using. The old African lady always has a horrible attitude, made my dad and I remove our wet clothes from dryer even though we had paid for 10 mins because she wanted to close exactly at 9. This place is great! Only used them for drop n go laundry which is reasonably priced. I have two kids and my wife and I. We usually go in with about 50 pounds of clothes. Like I said it's a good price per pound. Only issue is when I bulk the clothes, it' seems they don't separate or Uncrumble the clothes cause my baby clothes still had some food on them and didn't seem to be washed. We haven't used them since that last time. Not because of that we have just been on top of our laundry. I'll use their drop n go service though since they also pick up and deliver laundry which is pretty bad arse. Unacceptable behavior from the African America lady( typically with her daughter assisting her). Part of having great customer service and employee satisfaction is to be kind and speak in a respectful manner to your customers. Every time I go in there and ask simple questions, I get such an ugly aggressive attitude. What is the reason? I had 15min left of my dry time (which I did not get compensated for) because the lady wanted to close at exactly 9pm. Every business will close when they finish with their last customer, not rush out the door. I let the first couple of times slide thinking she just had a bad day, but dang, being rude every time?
