The posted rules state that customers should return when their laundry is done, yet I've seen clothes sitting in machines for over 30 minutes after the cycle ended. As a result, other customers can't use the machines and are forced to wait. It's unfair to those who follow the rules and respect other people's time. Staff should do a better job of enforcing the policies to keep things running smoothly.

If you pay the day you drop off your clothes you receive a small discount. I have never had any issues with J and R cleaners. If they say my clothing will be ready for pick up on a particular day it's there. They have never lost an article of clothing and have never damaged my clothing.

Which is odd. One of the dryer machines took my .25 cent the other day and a man gave me a .25 when asked. I just found a .25 on the ground lol, so overall it's only $3.25 to wash and dry my 1 load of clothes. Takes only 50 mins to do both. I just clean my car in between or go to the bank or store and come back. The best Chinese and fish is next door too. Overall I like this lil area. People are friendly. I do not have my own washer and dryer yet so I come here sometimes. Bachelorette style. Living on my loving budget. LOL. One day I'll have that luxury.
