They worked for hours - and bagged up all the dirtied paper towels and dusters to take to the trashcans. When she arrived, I had another cleaning service company there already who also wanted to see the house prior to giving an estimate. Albania said she didn't feel comfortable and left. I called her back once the other company left (which was literally 5 mins after) and she said she won't come back because she doesn't like that I was looking for a quote from another company as well. I don't understand how a business operates in that manner. If you are confident in your work, that should not be an issue.
