"They are the best, never any unhappy customers." Yet with the seemingly ONE unhappy customer, Kurt, the boss man, will not return a phone call and instead sends a messenger to tell me I'm SOL. He refunded me $123 out of $700 and he feels it is ok to leave a very unhappy customer. What they sell is crap and their customer service is even crappier! Since January 23 I've been trying to get a hold of him. Since Jan 23 this piece of crap remote start has not worked. I want it out of my car and my hard earned money refunded! But apparently, they will go out of business if they refund a bad install! Horrible horrible place!
