He immediately answered and was able to sit with me for an appointment a couple hours later that day. His location is only a few minutes off the expressway and was easy to find. There is ample parking and the office was neat and clean. Matt was super friendly and was very thorough with his appraisal. Everything he reported fit to what we were given from the jeweler.
