My child has had about 7 lessons here. His instructor is very patient and caring as my child is…read morenervous and not quite comfortable with the water on his face, but that's the whole point of lessons right?! Once when my child's instructor was out, Mr.Charles was a sub, and I noticed him scolding my child a few times to stop playing with the water. Understandable that children need to listen but at the same time these are toddlers that lack complete understanding especially when your asking them to stop Playing with water. I didn't appreciate that, so if it happens again I will raise concerns with management. I believe there is a better way to handle children than making a stern face and asking them to stop. When he (Mr, Charles) noticed I was looking, he made a calm face really quickly. Next issue is that I've noticed more frequently, the waiting guests some of them have 0 people skills. They leave their bags on chairs and walk away for long periods. This is unfair to other waiting parents who would like to sit up front to watch their kids. I think there should be signage posted everywhere that if anyone gets up for any reason, they need to take their belongings with them or leave them in the cubbies at the back.

Despite making this request multiple times, this is now the second time we have arrived for class only to discover that her instructor was off, with absolutely no advance notice. The issue is not simply that the instructor was absent--it is the repeated lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled when I brought them to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was dismissive and did not take the time to meaningfully explain the cancellation policy, address my concerns, or offer any reasonable solution. To make matters worse, when I got home, I noticed an additional charge on my credit card. We were told that both the class my daughter showed up for (but did not attend because she would not get in the water with an unfamiliar instructor) and the additional charge would be reversed. We are now nearly a week later and are still waiting for the promised reversal to be processed. Having to repeatedly follow up over something that should have been handled clearly and professionally from the start is incredibly disappointing. For a business that works with young children, communication, consistency, and customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen far short of those expectations. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and contacts us to resolve the outstanding charge and address how this situation was handled.

The part time classes are held in a cold basement not in the beautiful classroom that you see when you walk in. They don't disinfect their facial steamers (please see pic), Every teacher teaches a different method so it's very difficult to learn. There is no real student cafeteria. The vending machines don't work. They have 2 microwaves for 50 students to share on a 30 min lunch break. You're not allowed to use machines( they don't have any and at one point we were allowed to bring in our own, till they told us we couldn't one day out of the blue) so you'll never learn how to use them in the real world. This school is a total disaster, disorganized and a total waste of time & money. Find a better school because this is NOT a real educational institution. All they want is your money and they don't care about the students. On my first day all I heard were complaints from the older students. Day 2 I spoke with the administrators and informed them that I wanted to leave their program. They lied and told me that they were "working on the issues". 2 months later our teacher quit and our class had no official teacher. This place is run like a zoo!
