So a few months ago we decided to address the whole house. The outside needed a lot of prep (a 100-year-old center hall colonial home in Queens which we've lived in for 48 years.) The wood needed cracks filled, scraping, caulking - hours of attention. The inside hadn't been painted in 20 years at least. The living room required 3 skim coats of plaster, the kitchen had damage from a leak, the bathrooms needed some ceiling replacement from another leak - just to show the extent of what they were facing. Today, they finished! They went so far beyond just painting to include replacing hinges, repairing old porch casement windows, - everything they touched became so much better. This was a huge job, lasting over 2 months, and we can't say enough about how professional, fastidious, and careful they were in their attention to quality. The team of guys clearly liked and respected each other - a key factor to good work, and the business owner Fredi Borjas is gentleman, and a delight to work with. He sets the tone for how his team works. We enjoyed them all very much. This was a big job, fairly priced, and done to perfection.
