I contacted him to do a simple job, such as checking out an electrical panel, and to provided me with a one-sentence letter so I could send it to my insurance company. He couldn't do it, even though he agreed. He came to do the job but never provided me with a receipt or the written letter I needed. He kept avoiding my calls and text messages over a simple letter. There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He even went to the house in the middle of fathers day celebration to drop off the missing wire. Now that's what you call a businessman. I learned a lot from our conversation today.
