They have managed to not only keep it fun for the kids but they are actually teaching them a little soccer at the same time. These two gentlemen have made our Tuesday mornings one of our most fun activities, something our granddaughter really looks forward to. You should be quite proud and feel fortunate to have Coach Benny and Coach Darren as representatives of Happy Feet. They are awesome. So why not a 5-Star rating? Things are certainly buttoned up on the field (which is the most important aspect to me) but the administrative end is a bit of a crap shoot. It gave me confidence when I didn't have any, taught me how to work hard even when things felt overwhelming, and showed me the value of respect, teamwork, and accountability. Being on a competition team wasn't easy--but it wasn't supposed to be. It pushed me, challenged me, and ultimately made me stronger in every sense. Recently, I had the chance to come back and watch my younger siblings compete, and it was such a full-circle moment. Of course, things have changed over the years--teachers evolve, styles change, and the studio grows just like everything in life does. But what hasn't changed is the heart of this place. Watching my siblings perform with so much confidence, joy, and passion honestly meant even more to me than my own years dancing there. That says everything. You truly could not ask for a more loving, supportive environment. The staff care deeply about their dancers--not just as performers, but as people. They build you up, hold you accountable, and create a space where you feel like you belong. This studio gave me lifelong memories, lifelong lessons, and lifelong relationships. We love our instructor, Kayla so much. He had 0 pool experience before coming here and now he loves the pool and the water and I see him improving even more every lesson. We explained that we were not ready to commit, they said it was standard to ask for the information. They have been repeatedly charging our credit card, we now have to get Amex involved to dispute the charge because when we went their in person to resolve they made us wait two hours to "speak" to a manger who was there the entire time listening in! Finally she stepped up (literally after two hours of keep us waiting ) and said only a district manager could resolve this. She was rude as rude can be. Stay away !

The Yogi Ladies are real professionals and pay attention to each child (and their caretaker). It's been three months since we visited Yogi Beans and our daughter is still singing "Fly Like a Butterfly in the Sky" out of nowhere. My husband just returned from taking her to preschool and told me the other (Dutch) children are copying her and singing along! That makes me smile, to have such an unexpected legacy from our wonderful time in NYC and at Yogi Beans.
