Throughout the entire process, he was communicative, respectful, and happy to answer questions and explain anything. And I ask lots of questions. Something notable which set him apart from others I've used in the past, outside of the exceptional quality of the work, is the cleanliness and respect to my home. He spent about a half hour each day just cleaning up the surrounding areas and footpaths ensuring they were just as they were when he arrived. It's a small detail but has a tremendous impact and really demonstrates the care put into the job. As mentioned, the tile work was incredible and came out better than I expected.
