It all sounded great in the moment, but none of it was actually delivered. Once the order was placed, it felt like they completely disappeared. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Calling for help is a waste of time--they don't answer the phone, and when you do manage to get through, you get no real answers or accountability. There's no follow-up, no communication, and no sense that they care about fixing issues. What's most frustrating is the complete lack of integrity. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale, but once they have your money, you're on your own. The entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This company does not stand behind what they promise. Save your money and go with another company.

I've used The Best Shades twice over the years. Both times, they were excellent. The first time was to install nearly 9ft wide shade across 3 panels of continuous windows. Other shade companies told me I had to break it apart into two parts because of the way shades are manufactured but Marat thought of an idea to select fabrics that look good horizontally and vertically so that the wide shade can be made horizontally.
