Then a BIG surprise Fidelity audited my account and on their own and against my explicit instructions they sent 56 thousand dollars of mine to the IRS ! I told them not to, they did it anyway. I am in the process of divesting myself from these goniffs. When I called for an explanation they kept placing different people on the phone, each one knew less and less, finally they must have put the janitor on the phone - complete idiots !

Just under $700.00 more than three times what I paid in the past. Lee never met me in person he only spoke to me over the phone had told me I could drop the papers and documents at his office. When all was said and done he filed a 1040 and a couple of state tax returns where I owed a total of 8-12 dollars. I went in to pick up the return and again Lee did not even stick his head out (Probably because of his shame). They just handed me my packet and a bill for $695.00. At first I thought maybe my old CPA friend was just taking care of me all these years and then I followed up with another firm and they were flabbergasted over his charges as well. Did they file my taxes... Yes. Did I get Audited...No. Will I ever do business with Lee or the Wiley, Wiley firm again NO. Will I recommend them to anyone in my sphere of influence during my lifetime...NO, I will tell them what Lee did to me and how he treated me. I don't know what else to say except Lee you are a dirt bag and a thief in my opinion. By the way I had my taxes done by another firm this year and the bill was less than $200,00.
