The private suite offered a hot tub overlooking the beach, a steam room/shower experience, a large bath tub and cozy seating area. Service was quick to bring us complementary champagne, and our massage was excellent. We booked the experience at the end of the day so we could enjoy the spa pools and saunas throughout the day. Finished the evening watching the sunset for an incredible and romantic evening.

We did the Celebratory Moments spa suite for my husband's birthday and I was completely let down. We arrived at 9am as we had the suite from 9-1pm. Massages were to start at 9am. They should have told us to arrive earlier to be able to tour the spa. Then the check in said we had it 9-12:45 after I had confirmed this 3 times with other attendants. The suite is nothing to write home about. I think because they have no photos online the expectations in my head were too big. Plus we have been to spas and high end spas all over the US and this was not experiential whatsoever. No outdoor shower by the jacuzzi, no shampoos and conditioners in the sauna shower area, just a room that is cut up funky. I didn't like this room whatsoever. I think it boils down to lack of staffing and the quality of the training they have not given any of their spa staff. They have hired non qualified staff. Our butler was slow to respond and didn't provide good service. They need to have online ordering pads or pay by QR code option if service is that slow. We spent way too long waiting around. There was no music put on during our massages in the suite. The lights were not dimmed and no face masks put on until I asked. The outside private jacuzzi was not that nice. I would have rather been in the co-ed area. I won't be coming back to their spa. And I don't recommend it. Service and design doesn't match this high end brand.

I saw a chariopractor first, but with no good luck. I contacted her by text and within an hour, she replied with the availability in her schedule. When I saw her, she great me with the warm smile. After short interview, I was directed to the massage room which is the best room ever I have been to. The bed is so comfortable and warm. She took her time to assess and massage each area. I never left either chiropractor office or massage when I have this issue and my shoulder will be level except this time. She taught me couple of exercises to do to prevent the recurrence of this issue and so far thing are going well. I came here twice-- the first time…read morewas with Jenny for a 30 min prenatal massage then a 60 min reflexology for my feet with hopes of stimulating labor points to get my 40week+ baby girl out. The 30 min massage was good, but I really enjoyed the 60 min reflexology foot massage. Unfortunately baby girl didn't come that weekend, so I ended up scheduling another prenatal 30 min massage a couple days later (where I'm also 41+ weeks) to get some work in before my chiro adjustment down the road and WOW...that 30 min massage was seriously the best I ever had during this pregnancy. This time, I had Cindy and she made sure to hit allll the labor points, including my feet, lower back, and even thighs. Ended my session with a yummy head massage too. Felt so good + so refreshed by the end of my session, it was truly a solid 10/10. I also noticed it was a lot easier for my chiro to adjust me, too. Will definitely be back whenever I need a massage, whether it's my whole body or feet and hopefully the labor points worked this time to encourage baby out! When the month long project was done I decided to book myself a therapeutic massage. I honestly did not think it would be able to help much but hoped it might at least momentarily ease some of the pain. I was also concerned because I am on vacation here and always get nervous about trying out a new massage salon. Mark was amazing and very professional. He really listened to what areas were my main concerns and worked on those areas. He checked on the pressure he was applying several times to ensure he was providing relief without causing discomfort. He knew the interconnections of the body's structural system to know how to not only work directly on the tight areas but also those areas that attached to it to help release the tightness. By the end of the 90 minutes session I felt vastly better than when I went in. The BEST part, is that relief stayed with me throughout the day and the next. Mark really worked miracles and I would highly recommend him. I definitely plan to go back and get another massage.
