Often I come to her feeling really tense after a long day of working with clients and sitting at my computer and she knows exactly how to make me feel relaxed, calm, and actually nicely enough a bit taller (which is a big deal for a short girl like me!). I've come to her a dozen or more times and have even sent my husband and a few of my clients there. They all come back to me raving at how amazing she was and how great they feel. They now see her regularly too. The best part about all of it though is Melissa herself. She has an amazing working knowledge of the body, can do many different types of massage, and she really gets to know you and understand what you're looking for. I saw a chariopractor first, but with no good luck. I contacted her by text and within an hour, she replied with the availability in her schedule. When I saw her, she great me with the warm smile. After short interview, I was directed to the massage room which is the best room ever I have been to. The bed is so comfortable and warm. She took her time to assess and massage each area. I never left either chiropractor office or massage when I have this issue and my shoulder will be level except this time. She taught me couple of exercises to do to prevent the recurrence of this issue and so far thing are going well. I honestly did not think it would be able to help much but hoped it might at least momentarily ease some of the pain. I was also concerned because I am on vacation here and always get nervous about trying out a new massage salon. Mark was amazing and very professional. He really listened to what areas were my main concerns and worked on those areas. He checked on the pressure he was applying several times to ensure he was providing relief without causing discomfort. He knew the interconnections of the body's structural system to know how to not only work directly on the tight areas but also those areas that attached to it to help release the tightness. By the end of the 90 minutes session I felt vastly better than when I went in. The BEST part, is that relief stayed with me throughout the day and the next. Mark really worked miracles and I would highly recommend him. I definitely plan to go back and get another massage.
