Cons: The facility feels very bare-bones and looks like a converted storage space. There is no proper waiting room, changing area, or lockers for personal belongings, only a very small file cabinet. Patients wait directly in front of the chambers, and personal items like shoes and jackets are left on chairs or the floor. There's no privacy when entering or exiting the chamber, so surgery-related swelling, bruising, and inflammation will be seen by other patients waiting for their turn. The price felt high based on the very basic setup and overall experience. I would recommend HBOT therapy for recovery and healing, but this location may not meet expectations for patients looking for a more private, comfortable and upscale experience.

I explained my situation and their rep was so empathetic and reassuring. I took 6 sessions and went pretty much back-to-back. My technician, John, was so amazing! So empathetic and caring, he walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Most importantly, my face healed! Although I still have some healing to go, I do feel like this treatment helped speed up the healing process quite a bit. I went to OxyRenew the day after this bite happened, and I'm so glad I did. My daily joke with either of the chamber operators was "which fish tank do i get to be in today??" But both my "fish tank lifeguards" Really make me feel at ease and Frank has REALLLY gotten me and has found me some of the best movies to watch while i get to get into my favorite movie watching position with the movie volume EXACTLY how i Like it AND NO ONE is allowed to bother me unless Frank says so!! Dr. Shafipour is absolutely amazing. He is extremely easy to connect with when you are having a problem and is the kind of doctor you can only dream of having. I have not felt well for many years and it has never been diagnosed so I am constantly bugging him for suggestions as to whom to see next. He is extremely patient with me and does his utmost to find answers. He once said he likes to treat his patients as he would like to be treated. Well he would certainly be treated well. There aren't enough stars for this doctor.
