After doing 3 rounds of physical therapy, numerous primary care visits, chiropractic, and seeing an ortho surgeon, I decided to give acupuncture a try. I did 6 treatments in about 2-1/2 weeks. It was suggested by a family member to try acupuncture. I was desperate and decided to give it a try. While filling out the first visit form I was wondering what sticking needles into me would do, I thought about walking out. If I walked out I would have made a big mistake! Dr Luo reassured me that she could help me, I gave it a shot. What can I say, it worked the first time! It does not hurt and she placed those needles with such expertise and skill I was amazed! Normally when people have an ileus they go to the hospital get a naso gastric tube into the nose down to the stomach, I'm a nurse and did not want to go through that discomfort. They said that they verify your insurance benefits and contact you within 24-48 hours prior to your visit. This never happened in my case. As I stated in my first review, they never even asked me for my insurance card... only telling me when I got there that they didn't need to even see my insurance card! I have no reason to make this up, as I am now out of quite a bit of money because of the negligence and unprofessional front desk personnel. If they do, in fact, have qualified office staff to verify insurance for patients, they aren't doing their job very well, or in my case, at all.

He did bio puncture on me and used his Chinese medicine and soon I had no pain at all. He saved me from having back and neck surgery. His office is nice and comfortable and his staff is amazing. He has a wonderful massage Therapist named Paul who gives great massages. Dr. House is one of the funniest people I have ever met.
