Dr. Berkes is a true specialist and highly skilled surgeon. She operated on my forehead and now, a week later, after the stitches were removed, it looks 100 times better than I ever thought it could. I was then fortunate enough to have Dr. Denise Baker be in charge of my care. I have never met a kinder Physician in my time on this planet. She is competent and very thorough. We walked in at our appointment time (admittedly we should have gotten there earlier, but traffic and everything...). Anyway took a few minutes to check in as they were very busy. Got showed to a room and waited a bit. Kid hits the chair move button on the floor and chair moves to a weird place (one of their presets). Anyway, he walks in a says "what did you do to my chair?". Kid admits to hitting the button on the floor with his shoe. Doc tries to move it back and it won't move. Now he gets irritated. He literally is blaming us for breaking his chair. Kid tries to explain and he won't allow it. Says to me "you were supposed to be here early for your appointment and you showed up at 1:07; then you break my chair. I'll need you to leave." Not only did he jump to conclusions about what happened, he literally blamed us for everything. ( I know the chair should not have been moved, but the buttons are right there and it happened; but you can't tell me we broke it permanently. ) I hope he was just having a bad day, but he was the worst doctor we've ever seen.
