Triple R was right on time, and accessed our tank under the ground, found the problem, pumped out the tank, and replaced everything as it was previously. When I asked why it was taking so long- I got blank stares, grunts, and shrugs. Dayton was slow, and I felt was clueless. In june 2024, the water heater pilot light kept going off. I called for service, but was adamant that they send someone with experience and professionalism. William came out, diagnosed the problem, retrieved the correct part to fix the issue. He was courteous and explained things to me. It was obvious that he was good at his job. So I guess it just depends on the service person they send out to your home. Not all service persons are equal in their expertise.

Just left us sitting there all afternoon. We purchased a new home in Sedona 12-2-24. I called (left message) and submitted an online Service request the second week of December. Never got a return contact. Just before Christmas I spoke with Jerry, whom remembered the homes previous owner and they system he serviced, to get the water filters for the home replaced as they are way overdue. He said he would get the availability on the filters and call me back to schedule. I replied no problem, please just order all 4 of them and let me know when you can get to it. I called back Late January and left a message. No response I spoke with Jerry Monday 4-14, asked about getting the filter replaced, they are making noise and could possible have another issue. Jerry told me he would look up the parts availability and call me back in the afternoon. No call back Monday or Tuesday. I called and spoke to Jerry this morning (Wednesday) and he says he can be there with the filters in 1.5 hours. This was 10:30 am. I told him the name of the contact person at the house and he said no problem. Now it is 4pm and still haven't heard from anyone and no one arrived at the home. I have no idea if they do good service or bad, but if it is this hard just to get a call back or a service appointment that someone actually shows up to, I will just find someone else. It would have been nice to use the people that evidently installed and serviced the original system, but Im confident a new company will figure it out.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink…read more The guys showed up and diagnosed the problem and made a correction to the dishwasher drain hose and the leak seemed to be corrected. A few days later, the leak issue came up again. The guys came back out and made a different correction as the new leak seemed to be a different cause than the first. The did not charge me for the return visit. As with any diagnostic, it may not have been perfect...we are all human after all. However, they were willing to stand up for their work and correct it without charge. That's solid customer service! BTW, the second trip, they came immediately after the call to them and they had to stay about 90 minutes to make sure it was perfect. I'll hire them for all plumbing needs in the future!

These disgusting slime bags keep leaving buckets of raw sewage on my front lawn without any…read morenotification or permission. They did the same thing in the summer and my place smelt just like raw sewage. That was for painting. This time it's for the workers that are fixing the drainage. The workers can be inconvenienced and walk an extra 50 feet to walk up by the mailboxes to go to the bathroom. Instead they want me to puke. I'm going to go puke on all the door handles that they use for entry into their slimebag business. I hope that is legal, I'm pretty sure leaving raw sewage on their front entry is illegal. If anyone wants to get a class action going, I am down. For the record, I called them wed, fri, and sat. Thurs was thanksgiving. Since that bucket of raw sewage is sitting there 24/7 and they work maybe 2 or 3 days a week due to the holidays.. I am livid.
