Kirby's committed to an appointment about a week out and arrived promptly; two men, one to talk via walkie-talkie (with a level) within the house to the one under the house who was making adjustments. I asked if we could stay in the house. They cautioned us to never trust a company that says you cannot. They both exhibited an enthusiasm for their work we found impressive, finished within a couple of hours, and spent time explaining what had been done, some of which had to be adapted to make up for some anomalies/poor conditions underneath the house. I'd already been told the price for our doublewide before they arrived, $300. They provided a hand-written 90-day guarantee on their receipt. We were very pleased with the painless and pleasant service.

We have a ground set double wide mobile home. I found a soft spot between tub and toilet. didnt…read moreuse for almost a month thinking it would dry up. I called around for a couple of "experts in manufactured homes repairs". got a 1 call back but never returned my call. Jesus was great. called me within a couple of hours, as he was at a job site. He came by looked at problem and said he would be back on specific day. was quoted a price and was very reasonable. He replaced pressed wood subfloor with stronger plywood & 2x4's. put in new flange and wax ring on toilet. He had dental appt but returned and finished the job. also added new flooring. all in 1 day!! I love how the bathroom floor looks now. No soft spots or squeaks. cleaned up and removed trash from job. I will be calling Jesus from Everyday Services for future projects around the house!!

I was satisfied with the work.not happy with the debris and left over materials from the job, left for me to clean . Some large, heavy siding and trim pieces were hidden behind my fence. I had to drag them 70ft, to the front of my house and put them along the pile of debris that Mathew wanted to put in my trash can, but I didn't want left over debris in my trash can, it is not a dumpster!! I texted Mathew right after he left. Told him I asked him to take the debris away. Did not hear back from him ,this morning Monday March 16th, 6.30am, I left a message to pick up the debris from my house by 12pm, Mathew responded I never said I would haul off the left over material,said he cleaned up to the best of his ability, plus if he did haul away the material and debris , there would be a $75.00 charge. I am 83yeas old, all I wanted was a professional job , at a reasonable price . And to be treated with honesty and respect ! I don't think that is asking for too much . At the end of the day I still have this job debris on my side yard , that I have to get rid of . And the cost of having that done ! Does not make me feel good! This was not a good experience by any stretch of the imagination,

WI hired Three Peaks to replace my skirting in September of 2021. They asked for a deposit for half…read morethe total cost so they could purchase the skirting which we paid. Then nothing. I thought maybe there were supply issues and then winter. I contacted them in the spring and they told me the owner had been very sick but they would soon be ready to do the work. Then they stopped returning phone calls. I won a judgment against them in small claims court and then learned that there are already five small claims court judgment liens filed against their property. These people are bad news! Run the other way!

We put an $1,800 deposit for this service back in May 2022. And we have no skirting and no deposit as of yet. We have reported them to the BBB and will warn anyone about this place. We have called them, emailed them and left numerous voice messages since May wanting to know when the skirting will be done and they have one excuse after another. The fire up in Flagstaff and none of the employees could get to prof, rain, backed up on other jobs, etc..... This place needs to be avoided and shut down. We are now filing a claim in small claims court to get our money back.
