Been coming here for over 5 months now and they never disappoint you. We take all our cars here for detail work and they do an amazing job. We had paint overspray on our rims and informed our concerns if they can fix it, and the outcome was sparkling rims. We it will not be perfect the first try but the rims looked brand new. The customer service is always great and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Service with a smile all the time. This was my first time coming here, just moved from Cali to Austin. And this has been my favorite place I've ever gotten my car washed at, and the price was awesome, I'll have to make a trip up here just for the wash! My brother always has his dog in my car from lake trips and trips to the country, inevitably getting the car extremely dirty. Previous places never get the car as clean as I would like it to be . Everything was spotless, even under the seats ! The people where very friendly! Being that I got my car washed out of the blue to kill time I appreciate how amazing it was! Def worth it! Not happy at ALL! First time and probably my last. Felt like because I was a woman I wouldn't notice or say any not sure but they got the right one! Bought my car Monday Honda Accord a car I've always wanted! so as soon as I go I i ordered everything for it from Seat Cover, Floor Mats, Steering Wheel Cover, tire air screw thingys lol. ALL HONDA BRAND! Why I leave my car here at 9:30am PIAD $130, walked home ( I work nights so I went home to sleep) was there at 3pm and i noticed I left my wallet with cash in it to tip the man that " Detailed" my car! So I get in my car drive home and noticed 1) my seats still wet, which was understandable, but my jeans were not only wet they were DIRTY!!! Yellow and brown stains had to go home to change before work SMFH! 2) Used car, I don't have small kids why my back window still have little fingers prints and look around all windows not clean still have water marks and drip dried water lines 3) my brad new HONDA Floor mats were not in the car. So I go back to tip and get my mats he tells me they in the trunk when he quickly tries to put them in my car ! I notice they these cheap and $10 mats from dollar general. Now I'm pissed because y'all think I'm stupid after 30 minutes still no mats, owner man tells me they "accidentally " put them in another Honda and they trying to call him but no answer Ill be there at 9am again tomorrow for my mats or my money 4) got to work early so I stop at Walmart and got some wipes for the car because I smoke and I just paid $130 to have my car "detailed" right??? why do I get a wipe and wipe my door panel and it's BLACK the panels next to the shift gear BLACK!! I've been getting my vehicles washed here for the last two years (shame on me for not writing a review prior to now) and I LOVE THEM! I've always been partial to hand washing over drive thru machine car washes. I've referred multiple people to Midtown and they all love them. Conveniently located near post (most times I go during my lunch break or Saturday mornings) and easy access. Very affordable to the point where you almost feel as though you're cheating them on money for the services rendered! I've been coming here so much that I just drop one of my vehicles off, go run errands then come back and switch out to drop the other off. Well I have two sets of keys to each vehicle and somehow (on my part lol) I left one set of keys to the SUV at Midtown by accident. For weeks, I could not figure out where I lost them for the life of me. After a month I randomly decided to go get my truck (not the SUV) washed. They know my vehicles and no sooner then I pulled up they were out bringing me my keys to my other vehicle that I left there A MONTH AGO (I honestly think it was longer than that LOL). As long as I am at Fort Hood this is where I will faithfully bring my vehicles and continue to refer friends and random people that ask! read more

My car came out super clean. I thought I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg for detailing but it is very affordable. I had scratches on my sides and thought I was going to have to pay for waxing and buffing. The owner I assume, used some special spray and took it off and didn't charge me. That's real business. I am VERY VERY VERY PICKY about my car. I'm extremely OCD and I had to find a car detailer that could Accommodate me... I bring the car every Saturday and literally the service is consistent. Everyone here is so sweet and they truly know what they're doing. They walk around your car several times to ensure there's no spots, water marks or debris left. They even air dry your car... this place is by far the BEST in Killeen. Wow. Just wow. It only costs $25 for their deluxe interior/exterior service. The result? What you'd pay $200-$300 for elsewhere. I hadn't cleaned my Jeep for almost a year (shame on me), and drove from Maine to Texas two weeks ago. I honestly didn't expect what I received. Stunningly clean inside and out. But, wait, there's more. I'm not from around here (hence the drive from Maine), so I asked a gentleman (who turned out to be the owner, Morris) if he knew a good nail salon in the area in which I could walk to while I waited the quoted 45-60 minutes for the car cleaning. He drove me to the nail salon and picked me up when I was done, all while refusing a tip. He and his team were beyond polite and accommodating. I'll definitely be going back and will rave about this place to anyone who will listen! read more

I've only been here twice. The price is good for both exterior and interior. The first time we went it was perfect. The second time they missed vacuuming the driver's side mat and there was something stuck on the center console. Also there were some spots missed that I easily wiped off with a towel and there was still something on the windshield. I will give them another try because overall it was a fine job. read more

My wife and I moved our daughter down to Killeen to be with her husband at Fort Hood. After driving 2300 miles from Oregon, my truck was really dirty inside and out. I am really picky and prefer a hand wash over automated car washes. I found Mid-Town Detailing online and stopped by and left my truck to get cleaned. I don't get why this place doesn't have more reviews. I was referred by a friend who got her truck detailed inside. I was desperate to get mine done before having my baby as part of my "nesting" phase. I called and asked how much it would be to get my 2010 Honda Civic cleaned interior and exterior and the man said for me to bring it by to have them asses what I would need and they'll tell me a price based off their chart. Since I only lived 10 minutes away and had the day off, I said that was fine and I cleared all the junk out of my car (including trash) because I wanted them to have an easier time and focus on the actual cleaning. When I got there, I asked for him to just use his judgement of what I needed and he recommended the super wash which was $30 and it included them doing a full vacuum, completely wipe down of dust/grime, getting into all The crevices, cleaning the windows, washing and waxing the outside of the vehicle, taking off the old stickers I had on the rear window, and lightly shampooing the floors and seats. Everything looked awesome. I told the dude they did such a great job and I was definitely coming back to them every time I need to get my car cleaned. My car feels brand-new and I was literally only sitting in that waiting room for less than an hour and a half. Please don't think twice about coming here. read more
