I Live in Austin and I was visiting family in Killeen so I decided to get my car Windows…read moretinted.It's cheaper to do in Killeen Than Austin.I called a few places and Honestly decided to go with Deepstage because they were the least expensive place.I called while on my way and He said they could get me first thing in the morning and I explained that wouldn't be possible bc I was only in Town for a couple hrs.He told me to go ahead and bring my car in and that the tint guy (Kevin) could do 2 cars at once.The only bad thing I could say is I waited about 3 hrs But I was just happy they fit me in so waiting really diddnt bother me.The 2 guys at the front were super Awesome! Really good customer service! When it was done Kevin went outside with us and told us the do's and dont's for the next 3 days to not mess up the tint.Which I also thought was Awesome! To top it all off when I paid he had explained to me since we looked them up on the web they gave us $20 bucks off an already great price for a promotional special!!! We tipped Kevin left and the car looks great! If we have any other cars that we need tinted Im not going to think Twice about Driving to Killeen and having Deepstage do my tint! They do other cosmetic stuff to cars alo but diddnt really ask what.Great experience!! Thanks Deepstage motorsports!!

I have taken my truck to them other times and have always thought they were pricey !!!!! This time…read moreI had a check engine light and busted strut . Want the check engine light corrected and strut replaced . 300 dollar for what they called level 2 inspection and diagnosis that does not go toward the repair!!!!!!! Sent me a list of numerus thins they said needed repair . I only authorized what I took it in for . 2000 dollars later I went out to get in truck and the battery was bone dead ! They wanted to keep it another day and do more tests , I was very uncomfortable with what was going on so I told them no I have a charger at home I went home charged my battery and it is holding a charge . And then you add that the check engine light is back on and took it somewhere else and had the code read , it was the same code as before . Of course they wanted me to bring it back in !!!!! At this point they didn't admit doing any wrong with my battery !!!! I will never let them work on one if my vehicles again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Communication was with Billy the entire time and he's an awesome guy. They also checked up after the work was done which is awesome. I called RNR beforehand for an alignment just to drive and find out they had no techs for an alignment and they were super rude when I came in. I don't know why but it is super hard to find solid businesses in this town with people who enjoy what they do/have a positive attitude in their workplace. The alignment here was like $5ish more than RNR but man that extra $5 is worth it for the experience/friendly employees.

The fat guy that works there is a complete jerk…read more He started cursing at me just because I told him he was making up things not to pass my vehicle. I have owned the same vehicle for 5 years, it had tinted windows when I purchased it. I have never been pulled over for the windows. It has always passed inspection with no problem. This guy tells me I have to remove my tint and replace wiper blades that were replaced 6 months ago. If I was the owner of this place there is no way I would have a guy like this representing my business. He is a miserable human being that takes out his frustrations on paying customers. I guess he thought I was a gullible female that was gonna pay him to remove my tint and change wiper blades. I don't think it's a good idea for repair shops to be inspection stations as well. They use the service as a way to get more business for themselves by fabricating issues that are BS in hopes of making more money. Worst experience ever.
