I Live in Austin and I was visiting family in Killeen so I decided to get my car Windows…read moretinted.It's cheaper to do in Killeen Than Austin.I called a few places and Honestly decided to go with Deepstage because they were the least expensive place.I called while on my way and He said they could get me first thing in the morning and I explained that wouldn't be possible bc I was only in Town for a couple hrs.He told me to go ahead and bring my car in and that the tint guy (Kevin) could do 2 cars at once.The only bad thing I could say is I waited about 3 hrs But I was just happy they fit me in so waiting really diddnt bother me.The 2 guys at the front were super Awesome! Really good customer service! When it was done Kevin went outside with us and told us the do's and dont's for the next 3 days to not mess up the tint.Which I also thought was Awesome! To top it all off when I paid he had explained to me since we looked them up on the web they gave us $20 bucks off an already great price for a promotional special!!! We tipped Kevin left and the car looks great! If we have any other cars that we need tinted Im not going to think Twice about Driving to Killeen and having Deepstage do my tint! They were very friendly and helpful and actually listened to what I wanted to have done and gave me a good price and a 2-3 day timeframe . I came back to drop my truck off the next day and they confirmed with a different guy exactly what I wanted so there was no miscommunication. Before starting on it, they called me and said they didn't have a super 10 in stock and would be an additional 2-3 days to get in but had a performance muffler in stock so I decided to go with that instead and a chrome tip since they had to build a custom pipe from the y-pipe back. I picked it up on Wednesday (started work Tuesday I believe) and I am very pleased with how it sounds and looks and really turns this truck into what a v8 should sound like. Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.

They wouldn't even look at it at first. They seemed to be upset I didn't let them diagnose the problem originally. I am old school and I'm not stupid when it comes to my truck, I have over 300,000 miles on it and I am the original owner. I can tell by listening to it what's wrong with it and I've always been correct. The power steering pump was the original power steering pump it was whining like a stuffed pig, and the truck was not turning properly not only that I had had it diagnosed at another garage, but they were too expensive regardless,I didn't feel like the attitude was correct. I won't go back there for any reason nor do I recommend anyone else go there due to the attitude I was given. I kind of brushed it off when I left to have them fix it,when I returned to pick it up I felt they were uncomfortable with me being there and barely said a word to me. I don't know what their problem was. I am always nice and respectful to people and never went in there angry or yelling cussing. Nothing I was very polite on the phone with them and very polite when I took it back did not expect to be treated the way I was But like I said it is fixed now and working great. I have usually worked on my truck myself because I don't want or trust anyone else working on it however do eye cancer I'm not able to see as well as I should. My right eye is completely dark now,I hope in the future no matter where I'm at. I'm able to trust a mechanic more than I did this place.

So at the end of June this year, I had to take my 07 Silverado in to figure out what was causing…read morethe squeaking noise. The mechanics told me that they would inspect it and then let me know. We all concluded it had to be either the timing chain or the harmonic balancer. They had my truck for almost a month and I ended up spending more than double what I was expecting. After they replaced both parts, they then claimed that my lifters are going to need replacing and charged me an additional 2 grand for that as well. After paying for the parts they replaced, I took my truck home only to have a new fault come up, low oil pressure. I called them and had them take my truck back to fix that issue and made them pay for it out of pocket being that this fault never occurred before they took my engine apart. Out of spite, they messed up my alignment. When I FINALLY took my truck back from them for good, my truck was driving somewhat straight but my steering wheel was halfway turned to make this happen. I had to take my truck to another shop for an alignment job which cost me even more money. So all I ask is that if you're reading this, please don't do business with these people. They're going to over charge you for everything and when they mess up and you call them out on it, they're going to cause more issues expecting you to bring it back in so they can continue to gouge you. With all the mechanic shops I've dealt with in over 20 years, these guys are the worst.
