Upon returning kegs and taps, one of the managers looked and said "oh yes, yours is still back there. You know we can't refund you for it." I told her I did not expect them to refund me for beer that has been drank, but to acknowledge that they gave me the wrong beer. There was no my apologies this happened. Nothing she walked off. I would hope management should be trying to set an example of customer service.
