Let me first say, we had informed the new manager MULTIPLE times that it was our unit and he made the decision to rid all of our stuff in that unit including new furniture we had stored there. The excuse was that he couldn't find a name attached to the unit even though we let him know multiple times it was ours. I had even asked for him to put a new lock and his response was "it's better if you do that yourself". Then instead of calling or trying to "find out" who the unit belong to he got rid of our belongings. Stuff that will NEVER be returned to us or never be compensated for.
