One - often the washing machines and/or dryers are out of service and with a family of six that can be frustrating. Two - the water was shut off one evening and there wasn't communication to the tenants affected and did not end up getting resolved until almost midnight. Given it was 40 degrees, I wasn't going to take myself or my toddler and infant to the showers available within the park. Three - we had an issue with a VERY rude employee but luckily her poor behavior was addressed and is no longer an issue. This was a HUGE step up from the park we stayed in previously and I will definitely be back to bring my boys in to visit because they love everyone.

For one month I checked back with police and each time they said they had not been contacted by facility to pickup video. I was having to communicate between the two. The facility would not release info to me it had to go to police. After receiving info a month later the quality of the video was very poor. Was told by manager that I was the only unit that had been broken into in a long time. Just found out there has been others and on June 7th several RV were broken in to. Looking for more secure place with better system.
