Dr. Fernandez is just wonderful in her commitment to helping patients manage their pain. The office staff is warm and caring. Until I came to them I was considering suicide because my pain was getting to the point that I couldn't stand it. I know now why people with acute pain kill themselves. It angers me that people abuse their medications which makes it harder for everyone else. I find I have little sympathy for drug abusers. If you are suffering you should become their patient for they will take care of you.

All I can really say is that I would never even consider seeing someone else. I would seriously drive hours just to continue treatment with him. He is a DO that does manipulation in addition to a somewhat traditional medicine approach. Some of the policies at this clinic are different than I am used to. For example, they drug screen every patient, each visit. This is great in the fight against opioid drug abuse here in central Florida, but has its draw backs too. What if I don't have to take a leak?! The office staff seems friendly and warm as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic, and more importantly Dr. Kent for pain management and relief.

Charged for physical and when infomed by Cigna they reimburse because it was a physical appointment not a well visit. Most recently I went back for blood work results and I explained what happened in the past and they denied and still charged a copay for just giving results of blood work. Left 4 messages via their texting and never received a response. Was informed that location has been split and patients have been divided between two doctors now. Never have patients been informed! Practice is unprofessional.
