Every massage therapist here is very good with their hands and they understand what it takes to release tension and alleviate pain. Today I visited this establishment, and the massage was good--not great--but I would have returned. Unfortunately, my experience at checkout changed my opinion. I was already planning to leave a 10% tip, but I was told that I **had** to leave a 20% tip. I did not see anything posted stating that a 20% gratuity was their standard policy. If that is their expectation, it should be clearly communicated to customers before the service begins--not by pressuring them at checkout. When I politely asked why a 20% tip was required, the employee simply walked away without explaining. Tipping should be based on the customer's experience and should never feel mandatory unless it has been clearly disclosed in advance. Because of the way I was treated during checkout, I don't think I will return, despite the massage itself being decent. read more

Terrible massage. I had someone by the name of Irod (spelling?) He didn't use any lotion in the very beginning when working on my arms and neck. When massaging my feet, he put on gloves and barely used any lotion there as well. The rubber from the glove was squeaking over my skin. He kept looking out the window of the front of the store and didn't show any effort. The towel over my eyes felt rough and didn't smell the greatest so I removed it and that's how I was able to watch him. Meanwhile, my sister next to me had the lady and she looked like she was putting in work... I was def jealous. My sister knocked out and was snoring and here I was in misery lol I would not return. The front desk guy would answer calls on speaker. Very upsetting. Ignore the negative reviews, if you are used to the various cultures that have used massage as medicine for centuries. There is a language barrier, but please be patient and use google translate if needed, they are the most lovely and SKILLED people. I have had massages my whole life, from Australia, to Thailand and in between. I personally love a deep tissue/ sports massage that relieves the knots and muscle tension... by kneading them out. This can be uncomfortable for some. Many of the reviews seem like people looking for more of an aromatherapy or Swedish massage that is light and very much more of a day spa vibe, so they've left negative feedback to this establishment. I will definitely become a regular here and would recommend to anyone with cultural awareness and patience, for the best massage I've had in Orlando. read more

Hands down worst massage I've ever had. My boyfriend surprised ne with a Couples massage. We had an 8pm appointment. Arrived at 740. Gentleman said we would be taken back by 810. A couple was sitting when we got there they said they was also there for a couples massage. Well there's only 1 room for a couples massage. They got into with the guy and left. We get called back and they take us separately I explained we had a couple massage. They said they couldn't do that. So fine, I had the man he had a woman. Which we didn't care but they never asked either. The guy I had was also the front desk guy. He kept answering the phone during the massage. Well I can't even say massage. It was so painful. I kept telling him it was to hard, he would go slightly gentle then back to super hard. He was only using his elbow and forearm. Then a couple starts arguing in the hallway in which my guy had to leave my massage to go talk to them. After talking to my Boyfriend. He started out with a woman massaging him but then at some point a man started massaging him which he didn't realize until it was time to roll over. For him he didn't care but some people might. Bought a groupon for a couples and single massage. Called to make appointment, the person didn't take our name and spoke very broken english. We drove 30min to the place and arrived 15min before our appt. At first they looked shocked we were there as they already had 6 people waiting and not a masseuse in sight. Once they found our phone number, they had only booked us for 1 person and told us we could come back the next day. We just left and called groupon for a refund. We had an appointment for a couples massage today at 11am. I called on 7/18 to book the massage (4 days notice). I asked if the person wanted my name for the reservation but she said she had my number on the caller ID.We arrived today to discover that the person that took my call wrote down the incorrect number. When she called the wrong number yesterday to verify our reservation she obviously did not reach me and cancelled our reservation. We arrived 15 minutes early for our 11am massage. 2 other people arrived after us were immediately checked in for their 11am couples massage. We were never offered an apology. We were told our "couples" massage would be in separate rooms. We walked out. Highly disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid them as there are many better options in the area. read more

Stopped by here for a couples massage appointment. Been over a year since I had a professional massage anywhere. Establishment is clean, tidy, and the ambiance is traditional to their setting and offerings. The team was kind and respectful. I was especially grateful to my therapist who took the time to work on more problematic areas and not rush the session. I left feeling like I was in a new body: pain was relieved, knots worked out, I could actually move more freely and regained range of motion in some ways. Several hours later and I'm still feeling well relaxed and fixed. I highly recommend their business, prices are reasonable and they have a lot to offer.
